The food was quickly served and quite delicious. There was one small error in our order and the mgr went above and beyond to make it right. The entire staff was polite and professional. We will definitely return.

I needed to provide a current update on this location. Wait time is horrible. Several guests sitting around patiently waiting for their food that was supposed to be ready over 20 minutes ago. Our food is not 22 minutes past the "pick up time". 3 staff members behind the counter talking about what lotion they just bought and decided to put it on and give the others a smell. Highly unprofessional and unsanitary. The service definitely went downhill fast.

We came when they opened and the place was dirty but didn't see it early enough otherwise we would not have eaten there.. My family and I stopped in for our first time tonight, unfamiliar with Noodles & Co. The man behind the counter greeted us warmly and gave us time to look over the menu. When we had questions, he answered them all so patiently, making sure to give us a great experience in his restaurant. This will be one of our new favorite places to eat locally!

Very disappointedI wanted the new chicken parmAnd they said they couldn’t give me in house had to be ordered online so I told them I will order online and they said no since I was already thereI literally drove 15 mins there to eat something I didn’t want
I ordered a pick up. I got the pot stickers and came with less than half a tiny cup of sauce. These are steamed, or boiled, all I know is they have no color to them so they really need the sauce and there was barely any sauce. Then I ordered extra thai sauce for my noodles and it came with a container on side with maybe a tablespoon of sauce...I got charged extra for the sauces. The food really needed the sauces.

Food was cold, didnt recieve all items from my meal, meatballs were awful, and both of our meals had a glob of cold shredded cheese ontop and our meals were spaghetti and meatball (did not ask for meatballs) and Wisconsin mac n cheese. The mac n cheese tasted like it was powdered mac n cheese. First and last time going. The soda machine did not have an ice catcher which in returned slashed sitting water into your cup. The staff was nice but would not recommend.

The service was great! The young woman working was very nice, and was ready to take my order immediately. I ordered the Mac and cheese it was pretty lame. I also ordered a penna pasta with shrimp. It wasn't very good, and had some weird flavors combos going on.

30 min wait for a penne Rosa? Wow I use to work at n&c in Springfield va and 30 mins is unheard of. And it's not even busy here. Very disappointing. You guys gotta do better or stop using noodle and company's name.
