We ordered a pizza online, somewhere along the ordering process it was made incorrectly whether it was a mistake on the app or their side, we paid for a one topping pizza and they refused to add pepperonis to the pizza or re do the order we even offered to give them back the other pizza, on top of that they wouldn't even allow my son to purchase and take the pizza to our car initially. Even though he's 13 they claim he could have got burned, Very bad experience consider new management. I worked at a Papa John's back in the day and this would have been an easy fix never should have been the point where they refused to fix the order. Do better papa 1/5 starts
I did a delivery order and things didnt go so well...The actual store had no part in it but the door dasher went about things the wrong way. (Papa Johns had to use door dash due to lack of their own delivery drivers) I was never told my food was delivered so 20 min later I found it on my porch, cold. After that, I see a text on my phone from the door dash driver begging for money. I was baffled. I called the store and Shane, along with a manager were wonderful. They made the situation right. The process was easy and they kept in constant communication.

Dude let us buy the pizza at the same price he offered a deal to the person after us ?? no idea why we were not offered the same, customer service here is kurt and blunt, not a smile to be found. Poor kids seem like they have no idea what they're doing, didn't see a single adult adult in the establishment ? whoops typed that too soon, the 'adult' adult came from the back to ahem 'take charge' ... now I'm a tattooed girl but sometimes face tattoo people ACT like face tattoo people, that's all I'll say ? I can see now the reason for a lack of smiles despite my friendly attitude and tip ? hopefully they turn this staff on its head, something here ain't fittin'Pizza was good, sad I couldn't get the deal the other people did :/

Shout out to Papa Johns on Cleveland Ave in Hagerstown! I called them to order several pizzas for a large group of friends riding their bikes to our home to give their support and well wishes to my husband battling cancer. Not only were the pizzas hot and delicious and delivered on time, but they donated them for the cause! We have ordered our pizzas here for many years and will continue to do so for many more. Great staff, great pizzas, Papa Johns Cleveland Ave, you rock!
