Stopped in Monday afternoon, 2/12. The sign in front said it was Fasnacht day (Fasnacht day is today, 2/13). A man in front of me had pre-ordered two dozen so he picked those up and left. I told the woman who waited on me that I didn’t pre-order and asked if they had any extra. She went to a baking rack in the front of the store and brought over a dozen donuts and set them in front of me. She told me it was $13. I had started to fold the top of the box (they were being vented to cool), and another customer came in who had pre-ordered three boxes. The woman took the remaining three boxes off the baking rack, yelled to the back of the bakery and asked if everybody who had pre-ordered had picked up their donuts yet, and was told no. Someone said they would have to make some more. The woman came over to me and told me she couldn’t sell me the dozen, that I would have to come back. I’m not sure why, nor did she offer an explanation. I have been in that bakery many times over the years, but will not go back. She was just downright rude.

An adorable little bakery awaits you in the back of this sweet little house! Follow the signage to the rear entrance and be met by the biggest smile and some of the best homemade donuts around! A collection of homemade candies, cookies, breads and other baked goods are also offered. Customer service is excellent: a delicious soft pretzel was lovingly customized with cinnamon sugar-yumm!And Pearl's even filled a MASSIVE bulk order (40+dozen donuts) for our school event that was a smashing success thanks to her partnership!Don't miss this amazing little gem! Stop in today!!

Purchased 2 black raspberry pies and a loaf of bread. The filling in the pies was good but the crust was so tough it had to be cut with a knife before you could eat it. The bread evidently had been frozen and not fresh. It had ice crystals on the bottom and became soggy while thawing. The loaf was very small. For $6.75 I expected an edible loaf. It ended up in the trash. I won't be back.

Everything is always delicious. If you need more than a dozen donuts. Order ahead of time. I know they are just glazed donuts, but they are so good.

I have always seen this place, but never visited. I decided to, after seeing all the boards on the front lawn, advertising scrumptious food. Pretzels, pies and cupcakes are among the few. I first bought a dark raspberry pie. Some weeks later, i bought a Rhubarb pie. Both were so tasty and fresh. Some items you have to order, as they are in demand, like the Rhubarb and Lemon Meringue pies. As you seen the signs on the front facing the road, drive around to the rear. The little shoppe is right there. You want fresh pies and cakes?, then head to Pearl`s. So so much better and tastier, than store purchases.

I have seen the advertising boards many times on their property, but never went. I decided to go in a few weeks ago, and boy, the aroma when you step inside makes you think your back at your mom`s. The cakes and numerous baked items are in glass cases, and everything looked so good. My first visit i bought a raspberry pie. Delicious. My next visit i bought a rhubarb pie. Talk about being in heaven. Some thing`s you have to order, like the rhubarb pie, and lemon meringue. If you go down Cearfoss Pike, and you see the signs out front. go on in. The little shoppe is around the rear of the building.

Me and my fiancé bought Buckeyes from these people we got home and tried them and they tasted old. We even had his father and grandmother try a bite and they even agreed that they were tasting bad. We called them directly to return them and they said to come back on Tuesday which was a day that we couldn’t return Bc we had a funeral to attend I called them back on Thursday of the same week and the women I talked to over the phone was VERY RUDE to me saying that they just made them and that she thinks that we just were trying to bring them back Bc we didn’t like them. Before hanging up I asked her if I could bring them in and she said whatever.
