Also has a drivethru to pick up orders if you don't want to walk inside.Kid-friendliness: Ever since I was a kid it was aways one of my favorite places my grandmother and uncle wld bring my little sister and I. We wld have our Book It Rewards. Which you received in school for reading so many books in a week. You get a free personal pizza. Highchairs and booster seats available for the little ones as well. Hold parties Herr ect..Wheelchair accessibility: It's located next to the main entrance. Facing the street light.

Foods good but the restaraunt looks like trash inside and out. First of all you walk in and it still looks like covid land. When I pick up my food I feel like I'm walking in a gutted empty building. Absolutely no table or chairs. Just a huge open space. I feel pizza hut is loosing alot of money if they cannot even afford a dining room. Do better pizza hut

The pizza is good. Always get my order right. Delivery is good, depending upon Door Dash. Lots of parking. I don't eat in. Kind of a depressing atmosphere.
The food here is always top notch, pizzas are cooked perfectly, the bread sticks are fantastic, even the melts are 5/5 stars! Their salads are always good too, crisp lettuce, nice onion, cucumber, and tomato! Even after I moved out of the area, every time I come by or visit family, I have to go to Pizza Hut here.The inside is also well kept (though they aren't currently using the dining room), the staff are always friendly, and the window service is excellent as well. Highly recommend! (And I'm a very picky eater, so if I like it, you know it's good!!!)

Very disappointed with the New York style pizza we picked up from the South End shopping center location in Hagerstown, MD. It was barely warm and looked like it had been pre-baked and that they put the toppings on and ran back through the oven. Very disappointed.
