So I have been to many Thai restaurants to get that authentic experience and taste. This is in my opinion one of the best I had in 10 years. The service is excellent the food is absolutely delicious and takes my mind to a place of solace. What an experience. When you visit and you should ask for Aor even though everyone including management is concern about you getting your order and to assure you have not just good food but to have the experience. Side note lease have the mango sticky rice as your dessert.

Local recommendations said Silk Thai has the best Pad Thai and that is absolutely true! First time here and I ordered the Chicken Satay appetizer and the Shrimp Pad Thai. Everything was delicious! Very generous portions, nice atmosphere and the service was great. Will definitely be back!

Service was outstanding and I love that they were open to some suggestions I had for the food. I love summer fresh rolls with shrimp and peanut sauce, these ones were made with iceberg lettuce and I think they are better when made with romaine lettuce and basil, hopefully they will consider making that small change in the future. The ginger chicken was great, lots of fresh ginger. And finally the mango sticky rice, also outstanding.Above all though the service was so warm and welcoming, our waitress even offered a special little plate and cup for my 1yr old. She was so sweet, I will definitely come back and hopefully enjoy an even better summer shrimp roll! ?

I am so disappointed!!! My husband and I were excited to go to our favorite restaurant only to walk in and see that “under new management” sign by the door. We sat down expecting to get our “usual” favorites only to be greeted with a “new” menu with very inflated prices and not our “usual” favorite not on the menu. We immediately left. The atmosphere is definitely not what it was before. I miss being greeted with warmth and passion from the original management. My husband and I will not be back. ?

I was driving through town and decided to stop here for Thai food and I was very impressed! I had chicken pho which was really delicious. There's only one place that does pho near where I live and the pho here is so much better. I also had the cantaloupe milk tea while I was eating and it felt like I was eating a cantaloupe, it was so good! The waitress that I had would check up on me very often too so I was happy about that, the other waitress there was even asking how I was doing at various points. The other waitress even went above and beyond as I had the pho, she brought me over the whole kit for pho, all of the sauces they had and spices to put into it. She had brought me out a bowl of I think it was peanuts to drop into the pho to make it better. It wasn't even my main waitress either, she was just really kind and wanted to help out. I'll for sure be coming back to try out the pad thai and drunken noodles at some point when I pass through town again! Love this place.Parking: It's located in an outdoor shopping mall area so there's plenty of parking available. It's next to a department store that moved locations so more than enough places to park!

Everything we ordered was delicious!! Everything was made fresh in the restaurant. We tried Veggie spring rolls, chicken dumplings, Chicken Pho & Drunken Noodles...AMAZING! They also had an Apple Cinnamon Tea (hot) that was the best I've ever had!!
Price has changed drastically. They no longer offer lunch specials. I typically go here when passing through to visit family. I perfer the old management. Regarding online orders they give you a small portion. It's not worth the price. Bangkok of Franklin offers lunch specials and more. Bring back the old management. They cared about there customers

Disappointed! What I ordered was not available. She replaced my calamari with crispy shrimp roll, gave me lunch order sticky rice charged for full order and the panang chicken had little flavor.

We absolutely adore this restaurant. The food could be put up against any amazing Thai food and win! The staff is the sweetest family that give excellent service as well as make you feel at home. The restaurant is clean and neat :) We will try and make it weekly!
