Waited 35 minutes in a stall because that's where the app told me to wait. No answer with button. Couldnt cancel order so had to wait, food was awful. How can you mess up THAT much. Never again, learned my lesson.

Don't waste your time here. We waited 10 minutes in a stall, for an order placed on the app before pressing the button with no response. Should have known as when we pulled up there were no screens up on any of the stalls despite arriving an hour and a half before closing time on a Monday night. After waiting another 5 minutes we jumped in the drive through in an attempt to get our order and we got stuck (there's no way out of the drive through until you're almost all the way around) for another 25 minutes! We would have just left but having placed an order on the app they already have your money. What an absolute joke. Finally got our order and the slushies and ice cream were all a melted mess. There were only 2 people working so its not really their faults. Either close the doors or hire more people plain and simple. I hadn't come here for over a year for this same reason so I should have known better. If I could give zero stars I would!

We waited an hour in line for the new eclipse drink with the glasses and they didn’t tell us that they were out of the glasses. And when we told the manager about, she did not care. She just closed the window in my face, after I told her that I was writing a bad review for having us wait in line for over an hour and not tell us anything after ordering. They did not even let us keep the drink!I just went back because this was completely unacceptable and now the lady, Kendra, who told me she was the manager is claiming that she is not the manager and there is no manager in charge for tonight. This is beyond ridiculous!! I wasted 10 miles in my car, just sitting in line, FOR NO REASON!

Place has gone downhill. Waited in drive through 40 minutes for my milkshake, then watched it sit on the counter while the only two workers walked past it several times...melted. Y'all should have more people working in the evenings. This was unacceptable. FYI you're out of large cups.

Sonic, this is unacceptable! Onion rings that look like this. Usually your onion rings are hard as rocks and you bout break your teeth off eating them. This time all of the coating (batter) fell off. It was an absolute mess!!! Come on Sonic, try to do better!!!

Milk shakes were good. Prices were high - 2 medium milk shakes and 1 hot dog was $16.00. Service was kind of slow - was late at night.

If I could do zero stars I would. I have now visited this location twice in the last 2 months. Both times I placed an order on the app, thinking it would make things faster. Both times I sat at a stall for 15 min before getting out and waiting at the door for someone to come outside. Both times they acted like they didn't see me too.Both times I was told they were "short staffed and got slammed", yet the folks in the drive thru and those who came to stall to place an order got their orders before me!Then this last time, all I ordered was a dirt cherry limeade. I had to pull over and park so I could go back to the door to wait for someone to go out/in because there was no cherry and no lime! What I got were 3 small lime wedges that were not squeezed, so I had to do it myself.There is no excuse for such bad service, and why can't I pick up an app order in the drive thru like all the other fast food restaurants out there?Sonic, someone needs to do an overhaul of employees. I have told all my contacts in social media that I will never return to the dual highway location. Erer.
