We have been going to the Dual Highway Subway location for many years. I always order several footlong subs for my family. I often use a coupon and there has never been a problem in the past. This time I placed my order and gave the associate my coupon. She said that they don't honor coupons anymore. I replied that I use coupons at this location many times. I only go to this location when I'm being lazy and don't feel like driving to the other one, decent amount of parking ( positive note) , the young girls working there need a customer service refresher. When they are making your sandwich make sure their stomach or clothes don't touch your food. One chick before putting on gloves was touching her face and hair, but you have to touch the gloves to put them on so I mean still yuck. I love this subway. Always get my food made the way I want it. The staff are excellent. Only thing I'm not to crazy about is the way the subway is set up. When I'm ordering if someone needs to pass behind me to go to the bathroom I feel I'm in the way. (I'm not skinny but I'm not huge) ? other then that I have no complaints.
