So it is 9:33pm and they have just turned the lights out in the building and as I was at the door reading the sign that stated the hours were until 10pm I said you are closing early, the girl inside looked back at me and just kept walking away from the door....Don't think I'll be coming back.... EVER!!!I DROVE A HALF HOUR TO BE IN THIS PART OF TOWN.

One of the girls not sure if it was Hailey or Nicole the one with lighter hair is beyond rude and disrespectful everytime we come in, makes the experience so unpleasant. We had a coupon for 50% of on the second cup and she gave us 15% off when we saw that on the receipt we asked why because we showed her the offer and she said she doesn’t know and can’t help us. She then rudely told us her manager is never there so she can give us corporate number and can’t help us further

Just left. Nobody acknowledged I was standing there period. The 2 employees just walked away and didn't come back 5 minutes later even then they didn't even talk to me. They said something under their breath walked away again then gave me order. Rude staff

Not your normal creamy goodness it's frozen yogurt. I have been coming here since it first opened.
Great place to get a frozen treat and load it with whatever toppings you want.

Came in yesterday around 5pm the useless girl with the glasses taking payments was rude for zero reasons. Asked hows it going no response literally stood there acting like she didnt wana be there & all she was doing was taking payments. Attitude just cause she was working. She’s useless just like the rest of hagerstown. Will not be back. There are far better ice cream spots. I will make sure this business suffers.

Getting kind of pricey just for yogurt. I can go to Dairy Queen for a lot less and get more. Would think yogurt would be cheaper than ice cream. I hardly put any toppings on. I got a small, my husband got a medium. It was almost $20.

Im enjoying the fact SweetFrog is becoming busier as of recently, its a good desert to get for not a lot of money. They have a ton of toppings along with some really enjoyable frozen yogurt flavors. Despite it being busier it doesn’t take a long time to get your yogurt and get out which is something I appreciate.
