Once again went to the restaurant to eat in the lobby at about 6:00p.m. on a Tuesday evening and the door was locked. No note on the door. Really wanted to eat in. No worries we just went next door to chick fil a and spent 50.00 on their food.

The onsite workers were amazing and had great customer service. Unfortunately this location was severely understaffed at the time I went to the restaurant.

My Wife and I recently ate at this Taco Bell located on Sharpsburg Pike. The manager "Q" was working the counter and was very helpful and polite to us. There was a piece of equipment back in the prep area that was emitting some smoke and the manager "Q" was very apologetic and had the situation resolved quickly. We feel that Manager "Q" should be commended for his professional demeanor in handling this situation. We will revisit this Taco Bell.

Advertise for Strawberry Freeze and the four or five times I came to this location to order one they never have it, why not put a sign out orc take it off Your menu, not sure which is worse this or McDonald’s ice cream machine which never seem to work!
The folks on staff today were under staffed and very busy.They did their best to get us served. Good job!

On October 15th around 1:30 p.m. I went to Taco Bell to get some food. I got in line behind another car and waited for a very long time I started to time it and it went on to 4 minutes. At that time there were three cars behind me. I got him a car and talk to the lady in front of me and asked her something was wrong. The intercom come on must have heard me and said they could not take orders because they had doordash orders on their screen. So I got my car and waited more. When I got up to place my order they said over the intercom cash only we're not taking any cards. I asked why. She said their card machine wasn't working. I went through and went into the parking lot. I had my dog with me. I got in the back of my car to get him a treat. Because I was going to get him something to eat there. While I was in the back of my car I grabbed a garbage bag that I keep in my car and filled it up with about 5 to 6 bags of Taco Bell bags and about four plastic cups of Taco Bell. I threw the bag back in my car shut the door got in the car shut the door and there was an employee standing at the door with her phone up recording me and yelling at me. I went over to the door and asked her what was wrong and she said they are calling the cops on me because I threw trash in their dumpster. I said no I didn't. I turn my car around went to the dumpster took the bag out of the back and threw it over there. I don't appreciate being harassed by employees of Taco Bell. They kept yelling at me saying they had me on video. I would assume that they sit inside the store and watch this video? The one girl came out skinny real short hair with a hat on. She look like a boy. She comes running out there I wasn't even in my car yet. She comes bolting out there angry I get in my car and lock my doors. She's running to the dumpster. I have all of this on video. She's running to the dumpster picks up the bag of trash with all the Taco Bell trash inside of it. Swings it above her head holds it way high up in the air says I got your trash. Says I'm calling the cops on you. As I'm trying to get out of parking lot she's right smack behind the back of my car. I was backing up and she ran to the back of my car. She kept yelling back up some more hit me back up some more hit me. I got out of there and I was very shooken up. I called the cops and told them all of that. He told me that they call the cops too. Because apparently it's against the law to put trash in a dumpster Taco Bell trash at a Taco Bell restaurant. On the video you will see where she called me a d*** f***. Threatened to call the police. And trying to have me hit her a while I was backing out of parking lot. I would like to see the video of Taco Bell. Showing her running up to the back of my car trying to get me to hit her while I was backing up.I have a video of this
Our once a month fast food, food has been really good and service on point.
