I love my town, but Hagerstown TRH "takes the cake"!! Great service, quick seating even when they are busy. It's worth the wait. Salmon, broccoli & carrots are my regular. 1/2 rack ribs once in awhile. Yummy ?

Absolute phenomenal customer service! I don’t go out much as customer service is horrendous now a days - and this Texas Roadhouse location was on point! I’m an ICU travel nursing working across the street and didn’t pack my lunch - Texas Roadhouse sounded delicious! Nayeric and Bre were working the to-go today and we’re on point. Great attitude, fantastic communication skills, and we’re just a pleasure to deal with! Great experience - I’m glad to see some people have great customer service skills still!

We had such a warm and inviting experience tonight at Texas Roadhouse. They were so busy tonight being Friday. Our hostess was sweet and talked to us on our way to the table. Michelle was our server and she was so nice and thorough when taking our orders. Always had refills ready and checked in frequently as every course came from rolls, appetizer, sides and dinner. She was so sweet and kind and we were grateful she took care of us tonight.

This location is ALWAYS busy for a good reason. The service, food, and atmosphere are fantastic and memorable. We were here with family to celebrate three birthdays at once. My steak and sweet potatoes were unforgettable. Im looking forward to returning in a few weeks. There is often a wait, so get there early and relax and chat with friends and wait for hot, delicious food to be served with a smile.Parking: There is overflow in a very close grocery parking lot that has plenty of roomWheelchair accessibility: Entry is easily accessible. This location can be crowded allow extra time
