I’ve mouse run in dining room and the male manager seems drunk and the wait staff seems high no to mention the place closing early Lynn our server had no clue what she was doing and apparently she’s a manager so this place is going to hell

We ate here for the first time today and the experience was absolutely amazing! Our waiter was funny and so nice! We will definitely return in the future!

Went there...there was a sign on front door stating there is staffing issues but inside there were not many others dining. We ordered an appetizer...then our meals and the shrimp was rotten.....we could smell the horrible smell as soon as they sat the plate on the table......shrimp rotted due to kitchen equipment malfunction......the pizza was horrible and was there about 2hrs just mostly was waiting on food.....will. not be going back EVER

We used to eat at UNO’s when I was a kid and it was the best! I had a coworker talking about it all last week so when we drove past on our road trip we had to stop! It however did not live up to expectations. It was good and decent, but nothing was impressive ?♀️ we ordered the pizza skins appetizer, it was interesting but I don’t think it would be worth getting again. All of our pizzas were okay as well, nothing special but they weren’t bad either. Our server however was very friendly!

Sorry we stopped here. Took over 1 1/2 hours to get our pizza. Waitress never informed us there was an issue with all the pizza crusts. Someone from the kitchen finally alerted us. Waitress never offered refills. No discount was offered. No alternative meal offered. Food was not good. The bathroom was a mess- paper towels piled up on top of the trash can. Truly a bad experience.

This was our first time eating at Uno since before the pandemic and it was a fabulous experience. All of our food (and long island iced tea!) was delicious and everyone on the staff was attentive and friendly. Our waitress, Lynn, was truly a delight - she was friendly, helpful, experienced and she made our visit perfect. We will definitely be returning soon.

Wasn't thrilled for a fairly expensive meal of pink chicken and blackened roasted vegetables. The twice baked potatoes are always good.

My sister brought me for my birthday. I ordered a bacon cheddar burger which was huge and the plate was full of delicious fries. It came with honey mustard dipping sauce and extra mayo and ketchup on the side. I had to bring half my burger home and still left full. Best burger I had in a long time. You won't be disappointed and made to order. I'll definitely be back.

The Hagerstown, MD location has really gone downhill. On several occasions during the past year we have gone at lunchtime and were waited on by one of two employees working the front of the house. A manager is usually in the kitchen. Our guess is minimal (one?) person cooking. Usually there is one waitress for the restaurant side and if you’re lucky another on the bar side. Waitresses are seating customers, waiting on tables, getting drinks from the bar, running food, etc. and nothing is being done efficiently when they have 10 tables. Bathrooms were filthy and the entire restaurant looked like it needs a good cleaning.

The experience was destroyed by OPEN TABLE! We arrived for our confirmed by text/email reservation and IT DIDN'T EXIST! "Sorry sir we have no reservation for you!" I made the reservation on Open Table, it was acknowledged but UNO advised that they weren't using your reservations. SO OPEN TABLE YOU HAVE FAILED! We waited 30+ minutes for a table! Once seated there was only one server so our service was slow although "Sidney" our server gave 100+% in her efforts. Our food was slow getting to us and my steak was cold! Our appetizer overdone and then I waited 20mins for a steak knife! No manager available to even make a complaint. Open Table I think this might be my last encounter with you and I will be switching to RESY! You have failed on so many levels with this visit! I now challenge you to show your "transparency" by publishing this ! Someone should be "comping" me a meal or something! Michael R. -disgruntled Open Table loyalist!
