I am not speaking bad about the cupcakes but the Strawberry Crunch which is one of my Favorite ever, needs to come out of this place. It was Dry horrible flavor and the Icing. Its a very HARD No for me. However, I did buy the Red velvet slice cake. When purchasing you have to let it get room temperature first before consuming. If not that's another NO! I have friends that like her other flavors but if you cant get that right. I am not interested in others. Did I say I purchase 1/2 dozen 3 of which were Strawberry crunch. I am so dissatisfied I could scream!!!

I hate to even post this but I'm disappointed after my experience here... the owner ran a special on heart cakes on Instagram to which I purchased a voucher in January 2024. She stated that the voucher would be valid for 1 year and to call a week in advance for them to fulfill the order. I needed a cake for March 9th so I called on February 28th to inquire (1 weeks notice). Sadly when I asked if I could use the voucher to get the cake made by March 9th, I was quickly told that date was booked. Before I could even ask another question, the employee hung up on me. I've messaged and emailed the business about getting a refund for the voucher since the business was unable to accommodate my request. I haven't heard anything to date. This is very disappointing since I like to support black owned businesses. The customer service needs to be better! Update: the company responded however this was after the BBB notified them of my complaint. They claim there is no refunds on vouchers, however upon purchasing there was nothing stating that! I just want a full refund since they were unable to fulfill my order on the date I requested.

Bravo! I traveled out to the unbeaten path on the recommendation of the reviews when I was visiting my family in Odenton. I got there about an hour before closing. They were sold out of virtually everything & people were still coming. Wow! Where am I? I bought 4 cupcakes (minimum requirement) & shared 2 with my sister! They were AMAZING! MOIST, NOT TOO SWEET, PERFECT! I will be back

I ordered a strawberry crunch mini cake online on January 18th and I accidentally put down the wrong numbers to my house being that I moved and I emailed her IMMEDIATELY! I even called her the next day. You can’t leave a voicemail because her box is so full. I finally reached her worker and told her the Situation and gave her my order number and her worker said she will relay the message to Cynthia. And that was that. I still haven’t received my cake and it’s been almost a month. I’m disappointed because I really wanted to try her cake. I will never order or support this establishment again. There’s no good communication.

Today was my first time trying this bakery and we decided to try the cupcakes. They offer a nice assortment and come in a 4, 6, or 12 pack. We tried snickerdoodle, strawberry, strawberry crunch, strawberry shortcake, Oreo and red velvet. HONEYYYY!!! They were all delicious. The cake was moist and very flavorful and the icing was smooth whipped and airy. Just delicious cupcakes all together. My favorite as of right now is snickerdoodle but we'll see because I am going back tomorrow to try the other flavors. The service was very friendly and efficient.

I saw this place and had been wanting to try this place out and finally did. The girl running the front was rude she was nasty and was not welcoming at all . Also did not make my cake and ice cream that she said she was gonna do so not only did I have to ask for a container so I could do it myself but she over charged me for what she was supposed to do and this is no way of running a company . If you want returning customers and or referrals then I'd recommend hiring pleasant people. I'll never go back to this place and would not recommend . The cake was stale and not much but 3 icecreams to choose from anyway . I'd recommend Bakery Express for cakes instead of getting stale ones from this one.

And I finally got my order shipped in August one. two not in the time frame her website stated and three it wasn't no urgency in my order. Now my friend get her birthday cupcake pass her birthday.
