I went in because the line was so long, placed my order, paid and moved to the left and I guess that was the TEAM AREA! Lady was telling me u have to go over there this area is blocked. Very rude they didn't have a gate up or nothing but once I was done they had paper signs up saying team area.

The drive thru staff could use a little more training. Ordered a salad only to realize it didn't come with any dressing because they never asked for dressing. Also the four piece of chicken is the same way. The young gentleman who took my order could have asked what sauces I'd like, but he didn't. This was all realized after I paid and took it back to work, which required me to drive back to them and get the dressing. This is why I will always check my order before I leave the drive thru, from now on.

We put in a mobile order and picked it up at the drive-thru. When we got home we realized they got our order wrong, wrong burgers, wrong cheeses. Waffle fries were mushy. Nuggets and sauces were delicious though.

Yall this is the only chick-fil-a that I know of that actually has a play area! I've been bringing my boys here often these last what maybe 2 months and I have to say.. I can still get my work done while they eat and play safely in my eyesight. EVERY single time that I've been here and dined in someone from the staff has always made it their business to come and greet us, and offer refills or anything else we might need at the moment. This is super appreciated. This location is definitely recommended 5 star rating ? because if my kids are happy comfortable and safe, so am I. ?

Order number 353955. Gave a 20 dollar bill. Received 65 cents back. Told them I gave them a 20. She laughed and handed back 7 dollars when it needed to be 8 dollars. I said it should be 8 dollars you gave me 7. She laughed again and gave me the missing dollar. Never did I get an apology. Won't be back.

I travel alot up and down the east coast and my favorite drink is their sweet tea . It seems Maryland's tea is by far the worst out of all east coast states.
