Watch out for that tall dark server with that not so pleasant attitude. Got mad because i told her I don’t want a lot of veggies & I was in a rush. She told the cook in the back to give me the smallest piece of jerk chicken. I was also to get a sauce that comes with the meal & because she felt some type away, she never gave it to me. I’ve been there about 6 times already & this was my first bad experience there. She’s need to check her attitude when dealing with customers.

Honestly, the three stars have nothing to do with the food. The food is always on point. My issue is that I have not received my refund. I ordered food through dat jerk website, which delivers through grubhub. My order was picked up, and a few minutes later, the driver canceled my order. I reached out to grubhub, who reached out to the restaurant. I was told that a refund would be processed, but nothing happened. Called back to grubhub, and they reached back out to the restaurant. I was told again that a refund would be issued. I have even emailed my receipt and talked to a nice employee who said they would look into it, still no refund. This was in August of 23, and I have still not received my refund or at least an offer to resend my food.I have sent an email with an attached receipt and no response.

This is my second time going to this location the mac & cheese and veggies were good. However the jerk chicken and the rice & beans both were dry do to the server not giving me extra sauce after asking me and I stated I would like the mild sauce twice. Therefore I'm have to stop by the grocery store and buy some jerk sauce to make this meal more enjoyable and less dry.

Today was my 2nd time eating at this restaurant and they almost taste like how my grandma from Trinidad use to make it, definitely very close. The food is nice and hot!!! Chicken is tender and Roti is made just right. My favorite meal is the curry chicken bowl with rice, peas, and cabbage. This place is very underrated it needs to be just as popular as chipotle if you asked me. ❤️
