Only a 10 minute drive from our hotel at BWI airport so we thought we try it out and are we glad we did. The staff was very friendly and we really liked all the beers from their IPA to their sours. Had a food truck the night we were there. Highly recommend

Update: So I think what happened is that somehow, the distributor must have had a few cases open, and they mixed them up when reassembling them . I found clear packing tape on the underside of the case .Changed to 5 star for H/S beer Tropi-cannon.I'm not sure what to make of the recent purchase of Tropi-cannon six pack,(5+1 pack) , there was 1 can of Evil Genious "Stacy's mom" in the pack . Not what I was expecting or paid for, but I will give it a try anyhow, and if it's good, maybe change to 5 star .

I love your Chocolate Volcano! I had it at a theater in downtown Altlanta and had to ask where they got it. I HAD to have it. And there it was in Total Wine. Of course they only had two left and I had to share with my girlfriend. They told me they probably only had it around Christmas, which I really hope he was wrong about, but I think it’s habit forming and I’m pretty sure I’m going to need more. Just sayin’.I might have to rent a truck and make it up to MD!

I planned to take my favorite pizza over this afternoon for a pregame, but the website told me that food is now restricted to the food truck that has a deal with Heavy Seas. I like the beer at Heavy Seas, but do I like whatever the food truck is selling? Better to let the customer eat what he wants and stick to selling beer.

I've been visiting this brewery since long before the expansion and renovation. This past weekend I visited to try a special edition beer. I didn't end up liking that, nor a variety of other beers I tried, but I enjoyed being in the environment. The bartenders were fairly attentive and helpful as I tried multiple beers. I ended up going with a sour I've enjoyed for some time (Cosmic Blur), then had to leave shortly thereafter. Overall the visit was a good one. Will return.
