The manager always has a nasty attitude I go there all the time wish they had a different one close by hate going to this one. They act like they never want to give you your receipt. It's so annoying that they have to ask you do you want your receipt then when something goes wrong and you don't have your receipt it's your fault. You shouldn't be asking people do you want your receipt? You should just give it to them because if something goes wrong with the food or the drink, they have their receipt unprofessional putting people on the spot like that it's not Starbucks you guys won't remake some thing unless we have a receipt so stop asking do we want the receipt? Just give it to us. It's annoying!

The cashier was not professional at all. While I were on the line waiting for my turn for around 5mins. He couldn't care less and was just chatting with his coworker.One of his coworker saw what was happening and came up to me to ask if i already ordered. Which i did not do and had to leave for bad customer service.

I visited the Tropical Smoothie Cafe at 3611 Washington Blvd, Unit 103, Halethorpe, MD 21227 on October 22, 2023, and I’m quite disappointed with the service I received.I ordered a wrap, chips, and a smoothie and presented a survey coupon I had received as a result of a previous online order. However, I was told by the cashier that I needed to show a receipt along with the coupon to avail of the promotion. I explained to the cashier that the promotion clearly states, “Offer valid at participating locations only. Not valid with any other offer, discount, or combo. Limit one coupon per customer, per visit. Please present coupon at the time of purchase. See store for details.”Regrettably, the cashier’s interpretation of the promotion differed from mine, leading to confusion and frustration. I have been a loyal customer of this Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I expect the staff to be well-informed about the promotions they offer.I hope this review prompts the management to ensure their staff is knowledgeable about promotions and maintains a higher level of customer service.I appreciate your attention to this matter, as it will not only benefit me but also other customers in the future. The worst experience with the lady that says she’s the manager at the store . I sure hope she is not .After picking up our online order my pregnant wife asked to use the restroom which lady at the register said is for staff use only and not for customers .We argued that it’s illegal in Maryland to deny access to the bathroom at a sit down food facility . She got angry and unnecessarily rude . Proceeds to tell me to complain to corporate if I had a problem with it .Will complain to the city and corporate for sure . People like these should not be in good / hospitality industry.Poor girl that worked there as well tried to help but was shut down by this lady .Will never use this location again or any other location if corporate doesn’t take any action in this case.

This place is terrible. I walked in and was never spoken to. Stood there for a good 5 minutes wondering when someone would help me. Finally after 2 employees debate over who will help me one of them come to the register. When my order is ready they just sit the order there and go about what they are doing never letting me know its mine or anything. Quesadilla was trash! $10 for a tortilla with barely anything in it. Don't waste your time here.
