1st enjoyed dining here on recommendation few years ago. Absolutely loved everything about this place. When we want a special place, we gather our family and join you again. The atmosphere is very comfortable, although I was fond of the pre-renovation decor. Love that the space is not overpacked with tables and each setting has room. We have had the BEST servers each time. Portions are very large, fresh made pasta, the best ever warm dinner rolls, amazing desserts. We have enjoyed many of your dishes but your Signature has to be the Incredible Seafood Pizza! We order it as an appetizer and even order one to take home. We have moved away but when we visit, your restaurant is on our list of must do while in area. While I know we will spend a lot, I definitely feel it is worth it. Keep doing what you do!!!!
Heard good things did my research. First time to visit. Seafood Alfredo listed as favorite on their website. Can I just say it it is bland tasteless huge plate of homemade pasta. No flavor at all. Shrimp and scallops were on the raw side. No nutmeg or red pepper flakes.Asked for parmesan to try to get some flavor. Wasn't offered or on the table. Still super bland. My husband ordered crab cakes that looked like softballs. Again no flavor. Firecracker shrimp the cheese was not even melted. Again where was the firecracker? Calamari tender but sliced so think not even appealing to the eye. All food was lukewarm at best. Joe our server was the highlight. $155.00 dollars for dinner. I had a bowl of raisin bran when I got home. The worst for your restaurant, not even slightly busy yet the manager never even stopped to see if we were good. You need to train your servers that if a guest is leaving their whole entree behind ya might want to ask if everything was ok? Save your money!

I went to lunch with a friend and had the worst experience I’ve had since starting to go to fratellis. We got there and were seated right away in one of the booths that was back in the back part of the restaurant where they hold large parties at. About half the restaurant was empty. Our waitress was nice took our drink orders (yes we got alcohol) an appetizer order. Everything was going, we well got our drinks and appetizer. We finished our appetizer the bread and salad came out a couple minutes after that which is abnormal for a typical Fratellis experience as we are normally checked on multiple times and have the app, salad and bread come out all out at the same time. While eating these items we also noticed that everything tastes more bland and less seasoned than it ever has previously, I even asked who I was with multiple times if it tasted less flavorful than normal and he agreed! After eating the salad we sat there for an additional 20 minutes before our entrees were brought out. In the mean time the waitress brought us more bread because we were waiting so long. I waited for out food hoping to not feel completely full by the time we go our entrees. We finally got our meals and my friend was only able to take a couple bites, which is highly abnormal as he almost finishes his meal every time, and I only got to enjoy one bite of my steak and a half bite of my crab cake before I couldn’t eat it anything else. I had also tried to save some of my drink to enjoy with my meal and ended up having to drink that before my meal even arrived to the table as it was becoming watered down. It seemed like the waitress also completely changed her demeanor when she realized we had been waiting so long for our food to come out. I’ve dined there multiple times and have never had an experience like this. It seemed like our waitress forgot to put our order in and instead of coming to us and trying to make it right just played it off. I’m not one to really ever complain about an experience as I’ve worked in the food industry but when you are spending over $120 on your bill for 2 people you expect something slightly better and unfortunately it seems as if our experiences each time is getting worse.

By far the best Italian dining experience that I have ever had. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious! I live a little over an hour away and I will take the drive anytime I am craving good Italian. Last time I was in, I got the chicken parm. It was MASSIVE. 3 chicken breasts on top of pasta. Plus it came with salad and bread. Well worth the price and the drive in my case
