Ew. Just disgusting, I will not be back. The ingredients were obviously aged, I mean brown old spinach and lettuce on my sub, and the marinara sauce on my husband's sub was so old it tasted sour almost. Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE. We will never be back.

One thing I should point out is that I have went to this location just one time as a child. Although I'm not sure if it's going to be temporarily closed because the restaurant appears to be abandoned. Okay, maybe I was wrong about the restaurant being abandoned unless if it’s just renovation.

Very sad to see this Subway is closed! The staff there was super friendly & helpful.

This place is horrible for 2 reasons: lately they're closed more often than open (during the summer it was alleged ac problems, now it's for who knows what but it's for at least another month). The 2nd, and bigger complaint, is that they won't accept Subway issued coupons. Every month we get a flier from Subway in the mail with a bunch of coupons but this Subway, of course, doesn't accept them. The problem is that Subway has 2 types of stores: corporate and franchise. Corporate stores follow the rules and guidelines of the parent company while franchise stores don't have to. This is a franchise store whose owner has decided to not offer his (or her) customers any discounts. The best thing for Subway customers in Hancock would be for the owner to sell this franchise to a new, more competent, buyer who understands both how to run a profitable business while also pleasing it's customers

We cyclists came in and the staff was the best ever encountered at a Subway, thank you for being so accommodating!

Fast and friendly spot to grab a sandwich. Located along the C&O Canal and Western Maryland Rail Trail. Easily accessible from I-70 and US 522. Plenty of parking. Located beside town park and pavilion if you'd like to dine outside and traveling with kids or pets. Don't forget to get a couple delicious fresh baked cookies for dessert. Raspberry Cheesecake cookies are delish!

A lovely family franchise with personal touches inside that I both adore and wish Subway Corporate would explicitly condone.

I have never written a review before, but felt like the staff at this Subway deserved it! They were very friendly both to us, and other customers coming in while we were there.Kid-friendliness: The staff went out of their way to be friendly and patient with some little kids who came in after us. Made me smile ?

Standard Subway but no public restroom! After going out of our way to get here on purpose while on a road trip, this was a big disappointment.

Big subway place with homely and friendly staff who went little beyond call of duty to help make sandwich for my son ensuring he gets what he want.I liked the location of this subway too. Being in small town there was a very different vibe to this place with some local Christmas decors kept on display for sale at a decent price.
