We had a bad experience tonight at Luk Fu, after we finished our meal and drinks, and the receipt came, I pulled out my AmEX, the waitress asked for my ID, I asked why, I explained I have eaten there many times, I refused and I asked for a manager, I ask her when was this policy implemented, she said from the beginning and said people drop there credit card and other people use the lost credit card, we seen others eat, pay and leave, I believe I was racially profiled and I would never eat there again.

This place sucks. Gave it 3 tries. Each time the food is sub par and terrible. No more.

Pretty good, but pretty expensive. Parking is abundant it is connected to mall so there's a huge parking lot. The staff is really friendly and swift when it comes to serving food! The food itself was ok! I got General Tso because there was much else. The menu is limited to less than 10 options for entrees, but I don't know if it changes throughout the day. I went late night. Something's are worth it, but some aren't like 3 spring rolls for $15. As far as the restaurant it's simple, nice scenery, and does what's it intended which is a quick eat.

I love the food. The sushi is so good. I love the scenery of Maryland Live Casino in the background. It's so exciting and a vibe to just sit back enjoy your time with Family & Friends!

So, they didn't even realize their full whiskey inventory and gave me a discount for pointing it out. Friendly staff, great food, and the tea was properly served in a pot.

We ordered appetizers and 4 dinners. Everything was very bland and greasy. Server was rude never even asked how things were. I would give zero stars if I could

I had my worst ever sushi there. pieces were small with small cuts of fish and their price was outrageous. Please save your money and time. this is not the same place it used to be.

My wife and I stayed at Live! on Saturday 6/17 with a large group of friends. My wife text me at 7:13 PM that she was at the bar at 8 at Luk Fu while I was playing cards and I responded that I would go meet her. She was having sushi and had a bottle of Saki when I arrived and there was a menu on the bar next to her that I was looked at to see if it had options for dumplings. The female bartender (younger, nice looking, probably about 5'6" dark hair, petite, and red dress) was waiting on my wife, a gentleman to her left and waiting on 1 table with a group of women. I waited patiently for her as we had made direct eye contact, and she clearly saw me looking at a menu with no drink or beverage napkin in front of me. After about 6 minutes she had not even stopped by to say hello, I asked my wife if she was waiting on her, to which she replied yes. After about 8 minutes, a male manager in a suit came out and spoke to the bartender and I thought maybe he would say hello but did not. After 10 minutes, I told my wife I was going back to the casino floor and going to order ToGo food from Orchid. My wife met me at Orchid about 10 minutes later and told me that not long after I left the bar at LukFu, the bartender came to her very politely and asked her if there was anything else she needed, to which she replied no, paid her check and left. My wife is white, and I am a black male, and she told me that it was the first time in 17 years of our marriage that she had witnessed a racially charged incident that we both felt was directed to me. My wife also told me that before I came to meet her at the bar, that another black gentleman ordered a lychee from the same bartender and after about 8 minutes of patiently waiting left as it was never prepared. The same bartender had no problem continuing the Asian gentleman who was eating at the bar directly on the other left side of my wife while not acknowledge me on her right side. Being black and 42, I've experienced racial discrimination in the past and know what it looks and feels like, and this was it. Great job living up to the stereotype, in Baltimore of all places. You ought to be ashamed of yourself, but I know you're not.

First of all the General Tso chicken was tastey however dry and tough. The waitress brought the appetizer our after the main meal; and she screwed the order up. The restaurant charges a rip-off service fee which is posted but one can easily miss it.

So first of all this place is actually inside the casino so don't expect it to be too quiet. Service was good no complaints there. The char siu bao pork buns were solid my only thing is that there wasn't a lot of filling and a lot of breading but it tasted good nonetheless. The general tso chicken was ok, not too different from othe Chinese places. The wok fried noodles were also ok, nothing crazy. The cheesesteak spring rolls were ok, I think I preference the cheesesteak eggrolls that somewhere place have. The drinks were good and were decently strong, would definitely reccomend the drinks here, the lychee martini was really good. Overall had a good experience no major complaints. Would recommend if you just needed somewhere to get food while in the casino.

It's okay. Last time I went off the beaten path (usually noodle soup), and I asked if they had Orange Chicken. The menu is pretty long and I didn't see it. She said, "Oh yeah, General's Chicken". Now , I know better , figured it was close enough if that as close as I could get. Holy moly - hot hot HOT! There should be an option for heat level, especially when what I originally ordered is not a hot dish. But I'll go back again because I'm a sucker for the cuisine.

I've become weary about ordering beef at Asian restaurants lately bc i fear that it will be flavorless and tough, but i wanted to give it a try since it was a more expensive restaurant. I originally started with the volcano roll... and was debating between the Korean short rib, bulgogi and pad thai chicken or beef. When the volcano roll arrived and looked amazing, i immediately ordered the pad Thai. The volcano roll was amazing! Idk what they did to the outside of the roll, but it was crisp and perfectly whatever it was that it was... i didn't want it to end and almost ordered another. But then the pad Thai came... i was so far from being disappointed!!! There seemed to be an endless load of beef, it kept on coming right to the very end. Luscious, juicy, soft chunks kept appearing from under the noodles that were also stuffed with a generous helping of egg, which immediately scored 110% with me. And the beef... exactly what i was hoping to taste and feel... perfectly tender and melted in my mouth! All in all, it was an amazing combination of flavor and texture and everything was fresh!I'm taking my Ma with me next time, she would definitely appreciate this!---So, i returned with Mom and was not disappointed again! Got another volcano roll and tried the Kalbi (Korean short ribs). Absolutely tender and delicious once again! Mom got the Mongolian beef and it was also tender and delicious! This is going to become a regular spot for me... i can feel it!
