This location has done a good job improving their service over the last few years. The food quality is good, and we had good experience in past several visits overall. I recommend this place for both lunch and dinner.

lady at the counter very friendly, knew about the food.unfortunately baja fresh is not the same like when "baja California group" used to own them, over 18 years ago. anyways! at least it's better than taco bell and similar tex Mex food alternatives in the area.

This location has a manager that was very petty, I ordered a Baja Salad with extra protein and they gave me 1 salad dressing, I asked for second one and he wanted to charge me smh I spent $22 on a salad and I can't get extra dressing. wtf

I ordered Baja Fresh for my monthly community meeting tonight, and I must say that we were very pleased with our meal!! I ordered the Fajita party pack, with all the bells and whistles, and the food was FRESH, HOT & DELICIOUS!! Special Thanks to Ms. Mabel at the Hanover/Arundel Mills location for making sure that ALL items were packaged very nicely in the bag, and that the food was cooked nice and FRESH!! She was very knowledgeable about what i wanted, and was very professional!! Kudos to the entire team that worked hard to make my party pack so delicious! We will be back soon!!

I and my son came to the restaurant at some time after eight PM, as went to a nearby Walmart prior to this. This place is neat and clean and has pleasant indoor atmosphere, and it is the 'only' Baja Fresh restaurant in the region that we know of. As saying it is the only one of its type is probably due to may be we don't eat out that much. Many years ago, we went to BF more frequently at a closer location in Columbia, MD, but that one did not renewed their lease, and so it was gone at least five years ago, with much regret to us as well as to others.Vegetarian options: I think they have salads and other dishes, but that is not much of our interest, or of regret.

Food was served quickly and portion size was decent for the price. Shrimp was clean and reasonably seasoned. Good amount of options for the fajitas (type of tortilla and beans).
The place is showing a little bit of age, but the food is tasty, the service is good, and the price is reasonable! Their quesadilla is THE BEST!
