they were super nice. we came in about 15 mins before closing through the drive thru. the person who helped us was super nice and cordial. made our night and told us happy holiday and merry Christmas. I have been saying happy holidays to others and get a horrible look. it was nice to get an actual merry christmas. service with a smile is not dead. thank you Dunkin for making our night.

In all honesty, this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever gone to. The worst customer support I've ever received.

Somehow terrible service despite being lightning fast. Food is all lukewarm and thrown together, half the donuts are either made wrong or missing, and the employees are some of the most apathetic and soulless I have seen.

I went inside to order a dozen donuts. I waited at the counter for 5-7 minutes before any of the employees addressed me. When someone finally came, the lady used her bare hands to pick up my donuts. I asked her to use gloves and she had to redo the order. I was shocked and appalled by this and will not be returning.

I stopped by this morning and got a apple fritter. I was using drive through. While the donut was served fast, i was dismayed when I got to work, opened the bag and found a green inch worm crawling on the donut. I ended up tossing the donut in the trash. I had heard stories about unclean conditions at stores in the area. If they had taken the time to remove the worm before serving it, I would have never known and probably would have consumed the donut. On the other hand, if this store were to properly due their cleaning on a normal periodic basis, I would not expect to pay for worms in my food. I will not purchase from this dunkin donuts ever again. And now with rampant inflation its probably better to avoid it anyways. There is another store that is local that offers fresh made donuts daily and they sell out usually by 10 am.

Worst. Ever. I wasted 30 mins of my time trying to find this location and after all of the welcoming signs to stop in for a treat or wherever those signs said, I left empty handed. Let me back up...I called to ensure they were open. Arrived there, parked and went to open the doors. Locked. I pulled the door again. Locked. Folks, this was at approximately 5:30pm on a Friday when their operating hours were until 8pm. Someone motioned for me to go to the drive through, so I did. Big. Mistake. I actually wanted ice cream (it's a DD and BR combo) and ordered a cone of jamoca almond fudge. They said they just ran out. Okay. I asked for the pint instead and was given my total and to drive around. I get to the window and paid with a credit card only for the cashier to yell to someone in the store to grab ny flavor but then tell me they are all out. Huh?! Then the nerve to offer me strawberry ice cream? Fudge vs strawberry? Anyhow, I asked them to void the transaction but was told they had to give me the money back in cash. Yeah...not sure what's going on here but it was the worst experience I've ever had a one of my favorite places. Try any other location in the area.

Do Not Go Here I showed up and the door was locked. The girl inside crossed her arms in a x and started mouthing they are closed while a car in drive through pulled up and started ordering. I pulled in behind them and I was told they are closed.

I am absolutely sick and tired of going to a Baskin Robbins and not being able to go inside to view options and order food, donuts, or ice cream. I absolutely refuse to go through your drive thru where you continuously mix up my order. If you can't open your dining area then you don't need my money.

I was here this morning and accidentally passed the ordering box which is very small and so I drove to the window thinking I could get coffee and the guy told me that they were so busy that I had to drive around to order again which I think is some straight b******* so please make sure you see the ordering box because you will get terrible reviews and lose customers

Ordered donut holes a couple of weeks ago and the employee clearly over filled the small box and attempted to smash the box closed and pass it to me. The box didn't close. I passed it back so that he could fix it and split the order into two small boxes so that the box could at least close properly. Then this morning I ordered a half dozen of donuts and they were all just smashed into a small bag at the drive through. Two of them were the frosted type. I'm clearly annoyed and the guy tells me If I wanted a box, I should have asked for one. Um...NO. You have boxes that says 1/2 dozen on them. What would make you push them all into a small bag???? Absolutely unnecessary.

I went this evening and got my kiddos hot fudge sundaes. The gentleman at the window was extremely polite and sweet! He was waving hello to my kids and asking how my day was going! HUGE high five to the company for hiring this young man! I will be coming back again! My kids LOVED the ice cream too!

Went here and asked for cookie dough and chocolate mixed together. Instead I got one flavor on top of the other
