Had burgers and chicken. Had onion rings and sweet potato fries. Really enjoyed it. May have been best burger I've ever had. Had the blue cheese bacon burger. Companion had chicken Philadelphia style, which was great. Not as pricey as other eateries in Maryland Live. Wish I had found it before an $11 plastic cup of wine in the casino. Wine and beer were more reasonable here. Will eat here again.

Good taste great, customer service is hit or miss (sometimes they clean the tables or restrooms and sometimes they don’t…). I’ve dinned here about three times. They serve your good in a bag even If you want to dine in. Big waste of plastic bag if you ask me. Overall I would come back and continue to get the crispy chicken burger. I have not tried any of their drinks from the bar so I can’t comment and on those. Full disclosure I was not paid for this review and I reserve the right to make edits on my review in the future.

We have always wanted to visit a Bobby Flay restaurant, and this is his most accessible place. My wife had the veggie burger and I had the Dallas burger. Both were VERY good. Sweet potato fries were good but not exceptional. Overall, worth the short detour we took. Be aware this place is in a casino, so it's easy to get there and HARD to find the exit.

while the food I've actually gotten is very good don't go here if you don't have several hours to spend on your meal. we waited over an hour for our food when there was no one there and had to get a refund and leave because we were going to miss the show we came to the casino to see. no one at the register told us anything about a wait. we had to wait another 15 minutes to get the refund... they leave the register unattended until there's a huge line. really disappointing... you don't expect to wait even half that long for food at a busy suit down restaurant...

Burgers here are not bad at all. Prices may be a little bit high, but our burgers was made good and served fast with out drinks. Stuff here looks busy, but still doing their job. But unfortunately that's not the best burger place. Burgers are not bad, but price are not on point.

Burgers were amazingly good. Service was very quick and French fries were excellent. Only complaint if I had to have one is maybe wanting a bigger burger but that's just so I could enjoy more of it.

Fries great as always. Grilled cheese was a hamburger bun with what appeared to be a single slice of cheese, tomato was minimal, salad missing components, shake overloaded with vanilla syrup. Worst meal in months. Used to be delicious.

This is the third or fourth time we have ordered delivery from here and each time it's progressively worse. Today everything was cold and my burger was way under. I like Bobby Flay, but no longer will support this restaurant.

I figured "it's just a burger, what can be so great about it." I was wrong. I don't know what kind of sorcery Bobby Flay did, but this burger was amazing. The shake wasn't as thick as I like them but the flavor more than made up for it. As if all that wasn't enough, the staff were absolutely delightful. They were witty, charming and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
I've never been a fan of these burgers and ive always had them cooked improperly. The burgers seem to lack and flavor besides the toppings you put on them. The sweet potato fries were the worst I've ever had, lacking any flavor whatsoever. The spiked shake I had came out in a liquid texture instead of a milkshake texture, though the flavor was good, I did order a shake and not a melted one. If you want a subpar burger and meh food, this is your place to go to.

We went for a late valentines celebration and I was very excited since I love Bobbys food and own several cook books. Upon arrival there was no one at the register, no one at the counter. There was only one person walking the floor who ignored me. So after 7 minutes I left disappointed at the poor service and this was before ever trying the food.. Sad Sad Bad..

Great burgers everytime I have been here, plus my girlfriend "who didn't want a milkshake" drank my whole milkshake in 2 seconds so let's just say that was amazing also. There are quite a few people complaining about food taking "too long". They are miserable A**holes. They were clearly understaffed when I went in which is absolutely understandable. Either way the wait was not bad at all. On top of all of that the three employees I had contact with exceptionally pleasant. I will gladly come back and wait alittle bit longer for the good food and great customer service.

Had to wait 20 minutes for carry out. I told them if I hadn't already paid that I would've left. The manager tried to say that my food had been brought out but it wasn't . Then they brought my food out. I then told them that they've lost a long time customer.

First of all let me say that didn't follow instructions for my order, probably because the cashier had her earphones in and she couldn't hear me. I was not given the sesame bun that the burgers normally come with. I asked for extra watercress and wasn't given any. I also requested a medium burger and I was given a medium rare patty. The sweet potato fries were burnt and the horseradish honey mustard had no horseradish in it whatsoever. They really need to do better. Especially the careless cashier that didn't even check my order to make sure it was correct. I called to voice my complaint and I was greeted by a manager that answered the phone by saying "Yo, what's up?" I knew that this wasn't going to go well as soon as I heard how unprofessional he was. This place is going down the drain. I suggest that everyone stay far away from this place if you value your money. Bobby, you need to come check on these employees. Just call the store and you'll see what I mean.
