The Columbia one is so much better. All the items here are smaller, especially the bulgogi fries which came in such a small portion size with barely any meat. I see all these good reviews of this place and they clearly haven't been like 15 minutes over the way and experienced what a normal Bonchon is like. The Columbia one is cleaner, more spacious, and has far larger and crispier chicken, and larger portions of the bulgogi fries.

Tried Bonchon last week for the first time. Got the bulgogi, which was excellent, and an order of chicken strips with the Korean BBQ sauce. Yum! Order came with a side, I chose the pickled radish, which was delicious. Surprised kimchee was not an option for a side. Order was packaged up nicely for takeout, and they do have a small seating area for dine-in. Service was good, too.

Chicken was old-not even hot, rice was not hot, not even warm, coleslaw was very good. Young man was very polite and respectful. Chicken was not good. Not worth going back in. You knew what you were serving.

I have never seen a chicken leg this big in my entire life. It’s so disappointing that Bonchon uses steroids in their chicken now when their chicken was perfectly fine about a year ago, I can’t do Bonchon anymore. It’s disgusting.

This was the worst Bonchon I've been to in the DC-Balt area. I've eaten at Bonchons in Fairfax, Rockville, and DC, and I can't imagine visiting this location again. Despite being the only sit-down patrons at the time (they were doing brisk takeout business), each of our three dishes came out 5-10 minutes apart from each other. The tteok-bokki came out in a black plastic dish like those glad containers you can get at Costco and the bibimbap came out in a cardboard container that you'd see holding fries or a hotdog at the ballpark. The sides of pickled radish and kimchi came to us in clear plastic containers. I've never seen a Bonchon serving sit-down customers with disposable containers before. It's quite difficult to eat bibimbap from a container designed to hold french fries. It was just too messy. The food was ok, but our entire experience was colored by the uneven service times and presentation. Staff was nice and pleasant. But even with a small order of wings, not worth the ~$60 price tag.

$20 for an entree that was mostly rice that I didn’t care to eat. The bulgogi bibimbap was not flavorful - no sauce or spices. I ate it all, expect the rice, but still ended up having “second dinner” at Chik-Fil-A!Service was also disappointing - started poor: it took a while to be told to “seat myself” and then when I finished, I still didn’t get the attention of the server standing at the bar - even after I had bussed my own table <shrug>Very disappointing experience - especially for the price!

I ordered the 8 wing soy garlic with fries to go. The wings had been cooked more than twice and was very hard and tasted dry and overcooked. As I picked up the wings all the hard crust fell off. I have been there before and the wings were good so I went back but will never go back again.

It’s smaller than most Bonchon locations, but the food is just as on point. You won’t be disappointed. Also, our server was Maria and she’s awesome. Somebody needs to give her a raise. Super friendly and attentive.

This is the perfect Bon Chon fried chicken restaurant I've ever eaten. Wonderful for food and welcome enviroment ! I enjoyed my favorite crispy ones with fresh and delicious chicken inside. My 2 kids liked / ate fries and wings with double orders than as usual. My kids feel great and make this one as their favorite restaurant. Definitely, we will be back this place in soon.

Underwhelming. Chicken cutlet was overcooked and drenched in sauce. Food was advertised in dishes but came in disposable containers with plastic ware. Server was par for the course. This place is an easy pass.
