She was polite n a bit fearful of me ordering items that weren't included in a standard bowl & cost extra. I explained, to her, "No problem, I'm here to eat, not complain". ;)It was quiet, peaceful meal, as I took the rest to go.The lid did not snap down tight, but I made do. Their large carryout, style shopping bag made, carrying it, a breeze.I own stock in this company & I like their food.Sometimes U never know who's stopping by .Parking: U can always park on restaurant row.They are all next door to each other.

Got 2 falafel bowls from door dash at 330pm. Both bowls were missing atleast 2 toppings. The falafels tasted old and dried out. The tomatoes were light and slimy like they were old. I had to pick then out. The garlic sauce even looked a little chunky. The pita chips were over fried and just disintegrated to dust and had no chew. I felt sick all night. This was literally the worst cava bowls I ever had in my life. The chain has really gone down hill in the last couple years. They used to be super on top of quality. Now they skimp on rice and will serve bowls that aren't correct and with expired ingredients. Literally gave me food poisoning. 40 dollars later im pissed and sick. Never tf again. Going in to get my money back.

Latino employees can not speak or understand english. The employee that serviced my order made up rules when placing my order and he was giving options i didnt ask for. Its ashamed immigrants supercede US citizens and the manager did not make it any better because made sure she protected her cheap labor.

Food quality was not good. Lentils and Falafel was under cooked, and quality was less compared to other Cava locations. One on Dobbin Road is good one to visit than Ann Arundel Mills location.Vegetarian options: Less choice for vegetarian.

Let’s call it what it is a Mediterranean Chipotle. There is very little anything that tells you what to do in this place. What do I want what am I getting, what is anything behind the glass. Nothing is labeled unless you call the list at the bottom right corner a means to understand the eight different options. This is one of those fail on the first time and you’ll probably figure it out after a couple times. Now why do I say times? The food is good enough to go back for more no doubt. So let me help you. There are lots of fountain drinks so do that don’t grab the first drinks in the drink case, get a variety of the greens, ask for all the rice and lentils. Get a chopped meat because the lamb balls are less mixable. As you go down the line just get everything, as you might at Chipotle you won’t be disappointed. If they served gyros, which I thought they did I never found them. Enough this place, I think they could do better, pivot from Chipotle and I believe you will find better success; most people want to experience Mediterranean food just don’t know the tastes of 7 different hummus’s. Last but not least be prepared to spend some loot, cause it ain’t cheap.Parking: I’d imagine during peak hours in that area going to be difficult to find a place to park for sure!

I dislike how they don't explain what is included and not or what is in some items (dairy, egg, wheat...) They just point to the signs on the glass.
