A great atmosphere and top it off with a great service. Our waiter was very patiently explained to all our questions and he made sure kids are well taken care of with getting food and drinks quickly for them. Our food was cooked perfectly and still warm when all 10 ppl got their food. Drinks were great and made to our requests.I would definitely recommend it to anyone especially if you want to celebrate a birthday or happy hour with your friends and family. A great place to go.

Just not a great experience. Super slow service, margaritas were incredibly watered down that we wondered if alcohol was even present. We had a legit food allergy and the food came out with said allergen right on top(not the waitresses fault we hope). Will not be returning.

The food here does what it's supposed to do! Comfort and soak up some alcohol. Service was prompt and food came out rather quickly. Great place for margaritas and a quick Mexican fix. Festive atmosphere great for luncheons and dinner parties. They even sing a cool song for your birthday

Major let down. Been a while since have been to Chevys. The food came out quick. Too bad it was just warm and not hot. Had the 2 combo meal which consisted of a pork tamale, chili relleno, beans, and rice. The tamale seemed very dry. The chili, coating not crisp and thick while the pepper itself was every undercooked. The beans and rice, warm and ok. Two meals with tax tip was about $27. The waitress was friendly but seamed clueless and slow. I don't think I will be going back there any time soon.

I went here for lunch today. What a waste of money! Went to use a reward and was informed I can only use it at one location. Which is nowhere near. Waiter and staff could careless. I had Mar Y Tierra and a margarita. The margarita was the worst one I had from anywhere! So much salt was in the glass. For the Mar Y Tierra the chicken and steak was awful as if it was reheated. Please save your money and time. Eat somewhere else. Awful experience.

I've been here several times and keep coming back. Jonathan A was an excellent server today and made our experience and celebration today (with kids) special. Chevy's salsa is great - honestly I could eat just the chips and salsa and I'd leave happy. But we didn't stop there! Got a 4-item combo: flauta, 2 tamales, chimichanga. Everything was great except the chicken tamale which was just okay. Next time I will replace that with an enchilada instead. My girlfriend loves the fish tacos. We will be back!Vegetarian options: Several good vegetarian options!Kid-friendliness: This is a great place for kids, with a good kids menu. My son requests by name to come here!

Found nothing special to rave about. Free chips were hard and salsa was pureed. We had the chimichanga and shrimp crab dilla. It was ok but like I said, nothing special. Service was poor, friendly but full of excuses. $50 dinner for 2, not too bad, but they don't make my go to list for dinner out for sure.

I ordered a Farmer’s Market vegetarian enchilada only to be served shrimp and crab enchiladas after emphasizing that I was strictly vegetarian. They only got the vegetarian black beans and rice correct which begs the question as to how they managed to get the enchilada wrong. My partner’s meal (chicken chimichanga, chile releno) was also unpalatable. The chips tasted stale. The incompetent waitress Amber S. was hostile from the beginning. She was dismissive about my vegetarian queries and stood with her back in front of me when taking my partner’s order. When I told her I do not taste any artichokes in my enchilada, she nervously said the vegetables are chopped fine. Really??? Lo and behold, there were three whole shrimp in my enchilada. There is no doubt in my mind that she did this on purpose. We complained to the equally incompetent manager Efrain. I wanted to know how the mixup had occurred. No response from him as to how this could have happened although we did get a refund. Other reviewers have mentioned a cockroach infestation. We saw one scurrying on the floor as we left which made me later wonder if I had roaches for lunch as well. Dave and Buster’s next door reeked because of a sewage leak that day. Avoid this restaurant like the plague!Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: People with seafood allergy should avoid this place.

Parking: Because it's a mall and right near the movie theater it's usually pretty busy in the evening but totally worth it. One of our favorite restaurants!
