We had to check out this place after hearing so many good things about it and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The food was amazing - from the tasty appetizers to the delicious menu options, everything I tried was just perfect. Even though I was already stuffed, I couldn't resist getting the beetroot halwa dessert - and it was seriously one of the best things I've ever had! If you love Indian food, you absolutely have to check out this restaurant.

I ordered chili chestnut and chili chicken on their own website, not doordash or any other site. they neglected to let me know they were out of chili chestnut 20 minutes before getting there. In person they said they could offer me a different dish but i was in a hurry, i asked for a refund and rabi said he would tell his manager to reverse payment for the missing dish. i ended up never getting the refund and the food i did get was gamey, dry and not good at all. I regret giving chopathi a try. if youre craving indian food, look elsewhere. Trust me

My partner and I had dinner at Chaupati Indian Restaurant tonight, and we loved it! We tried the Rava Masala Dosa and Jackfruit Biryani, and the flavors were outstanding! The the staff was very courteous and accommodating and the dining room was clean. We live in Baltimore City and we are very happy to finally have a good South Indian restaurant within a 30min drive! We will be back! I highly recommend!Vegetarian options: This restaurant has a large selection of Vegetarian dishes and also many Vegan offerings. The staff is accommodating about making substitutions. I can highly recommend the Jackfruit Biryani!!! So delicious!
