Never coming to this cinnabon again tryed to over two bottles of water and get looked at funny got one then said I need another the employees look at each other then back to me takes me 3 more times to get what I order shouldn't be that hard

Every single time I order from this place on uber eats they get the order wrong, it's so weird. Like, I order a full pack and they'll send me just a single one.

This Cinnabon location is one of the worst. The employees lack basic experience in handling transactions that involve using their app, coupons, gift cards, etc. - anything other than a cash transaction is problematic.Another thing is the sparse amount of frosting. They apply a very thin layer of frosting, prompting customers to request more so they can upcharge.I have no problem with charging more for extra. However, I don't consider it extra when there's barely anything there to begin with.I clearly enjoy Cinnabon products, although I'll save myself some aggravation in the future and avoid this location.

A friend and myself at 7:09 to get a six pack of the cinnamon rolls. When my friend asked if she could the female stated it would be 15 mins so I told her that I would be ordering the same. The male from the back stated that this would not be possible. So I told him I would take the ones in the display. He stated I would have to buy them individually. I said if your going to prepare my friend's and your about to vlose the why can't I get the ones on display at the regular price, he stated that they could only be sold separately. I would like for someone to respond and explain why this is the way that you do business when you are about to close but yet was ready to prepare my friend's order.

It was a nice treat at the end of a long day. It is inside the mall next to the Auntie Anne's pretzel. They have some seating to eat after you get it, though I took mine to go. I will probably get it again.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. Actually-4. paid for a bottle of water. Few days later I get a notification I tipped someone $2. Although it is $2. It’s the point that I never ever tipped the guy $2. It says it on my receipt and transaction. This management team needs some fixing or someone needs to come in and audit this place. Last few times I’ve gone here, always a line that’s 15 minutes long and people are rude. I never write reviews. If I choose to stay in line for a while that my choice. But taking a tip I never gave you is where I draw the line. Someone in management or HR needs to contact me.

Great except for the fact that the bun was not cooked all the way through.Another thing, why am I asked for a tip?All the cashier did was hand me the purchase. STOP NICKEL.AND DIMING EVERYONE!!!

I had a hankering for a cinnabon and they delivered! It hit the spot. I was greeted when I went up to the register and after placing my order, I was asked if I needed a fork and napkins. Although shouldn't it be assumed? Service was quick and staff was friendly.
