I ordered pick up. Very disappointed. I got crafty Cajun sauce it was very oily and did not really taste like anything. The shrimp and crab legs were overcooked. The best part of the broil was the potato. Not worth my money and drive to get it.
They changed the calamari. It's no longer real. Very unfortunate.

I got one of them snow crab, shrimp, and sausage bags. Let’s just say IT wasn’t like spicy hot, nor did it even look filled…It was like they threw pinches off everything and got my order out the way, very unsatisfied…. First time was phenomenal, this time 1/10, idk about a next time.

I took my family of four to eat at the Crafty Crab. And to my surprise, the hostess directed us to eat next to a table that still had not been cleaned and trash were all over the floor. Secondly, the seafood boil was a little overcooked when the crab shells were just too soft to crack open and thirdly, the hostess gave our food to the wrong table. Poor service, not sure what was her problem.

I absolutely love this place !! I work in the mall this restaurant is attached to, and I go here every single day to enjoy not only amazing and fresh food, but also the NICEST staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet.. Mariah, Ashlee, Krystal and many many others are the absolute BEST!! Every time I am there, they make it feels like I’m hanging out with friends! Anytime I come in day or night the entire place is completely clean top to bottom, everyone there is always on top of cleaning! I would 1000% recommend this place !

I love going to this Crafty Crab in Hanover (Arundel Mills) The bartender, Ashlee is a great , very attentive and always upbeat. This is definitely one of my favorite places to go for happy hour and dinner. I highly recommend… If Ashley is working behind the bar you will be well taken care of service wise!
