I was promised a 15-19 minute wait for my carry out order and it was turned to 30 when I tried to call the store nobody answered and I sat and waited for 6 minutes for someone to come to the phone and nobody did.

I order from this Hanover location quite often unfortunately my past two orders were very much not appetizing, I received my delivery with the cheese looking like it sled off some of the slices, there were large bubbles in the pizza dough, I let it go last time. Today I ordered two large pizzas from the same Hanover location, once again the cheese was sled off some of the slices, also I paid for extra cheese, did not receive it. This time I called the store & explained to them the situation of my pizza that I received, I was asked, “what do u want us to do”? “Do u want a refund or a remake or what”….anyways I ended up taking back that pizza & received a next one. I won’t be ordering there again.

Domino's in Linthicum Heights, MD generally has good food and polite, if not always friendly, employees. I generally do not care for Domino's pizza, but my roommate and I like their sandwiches and other food items. Hówever, for nearly two weeks the store did not have the bread necessary to make the sandwiches.

Me and coworker got food poisoning when we placed an order around 6pm today. Trying to call and report, they won’t pick up the phone.
I have not ate the pizza yet, but the customer service and dedication from Ari (my apologies if not spelled correctly) is amazing. I do not leave many reviews unless it is deserved. She deserves a shout out. Called in order because my gift cards were not working she was honest about the pick up time. .she was great. Once I had arrived (I was early). .all I saw were hard working staff. Great job for this location.

this is my go to dominos because its closest to me, this location used to be my favorite but the past numerous times IN A ROW, that i've ordered from them, they never add the garlic butter on the crust when that's specifically the crust type i ordered, that's my favorite part of the pizza & even though that's what i order & make sure that the "garlic seasoned crust" box is checked it is never on my pizza. small complaint, but it's annoying because i love the garlic crust

I regret every time I order from this location in Hanover, but the last time is a definite never again. There were 4 separate other ingredients in my pizza that shouldn’t have been, including pork which I do not eat for religious purposes. They never get orders right, sloppily put together food, and then they never answer the phone.Took me five tries on separate occasions to finally get the manager and he blatantly lied as if he cared and then left me on hold. Someone else came to phone and I literally heard him say “oh no, don’t” and then back to hold I went. Never answered again and this is the 2nd time this anger has lied and said his power was down, so he can’t fix the order or refund but he will “go get a one to take down info” and then goes ghost. Ridiculous and new management is needed. I’ll drive the extra 10 mins to the Meadowridge location next time!

Opened my pizza that was delivered and it was thrown to one side of the box. Must of been driving crazy on their way to deliver it to me or slide it in the box like this after coming out the over. Unacceptable either way. This location does not answer the phone. I called 3 times and stayed on the line with no one ever picking up to address my issue.

I'm a regular orderer from this store and have NEVER been let down. Fast service, usually fast delivery and hot out the bag food. Even when the delivery takes a little longer than expected, the driver is always polite, apologetic, and friendly... making the wait not seem so bad.
