Staff is super sweet, the passion fruit green tea is delicious! Their milk teas are also great to try! Also if you get to nervous to order to the cashier they have 2 kiosks inside where you can play around with what you'd like in your drink.

I love the Green Tea Strawberry Matcha and the Crème Brûlée Strawberry Latte. So delicious. Plus add on a Matcha Egg Waffle and you are set for your sweet tooth cravings!

Again, I just downed my entire drink without taking a pic. I will work on that since this place and the drinks are stunning. The drinks are a little bit addicting and at $6-$7 each, I need to slow down. But I can't! What's in them? I prefer all the fruit teas, but the milk teas are also amazing. I did not care for the milk foam since it tasted like cheese. I think it's supposed to taste like that so I pass. Cannot wait for it to get warmer again so I can work through some of the smoothies. My all time fave is the Little Star peach green tea and the peach oolong. See a pattern there. The caramel milk tea is also delicious. Basically, it's hard to go wrong here. They have a flavor combo for everyone, but if you don't get mango popping boba at least once, you are just wrong. What really puts this Gong Cha over the top is the staff. They are just the nicest and most polite. They show great patience in helping you pick a drink as well. The space is pretty and very comfortable. It can get crowded on weekend nights but the staff is very efficient and the waits are short. They have a great app to order ahead if you know what you want and they also have order boards in the front which I haven't tried yet. Enjoy!

It's fine. With the new year they now charge for carryout bags. Having added the 15% tip to the order, they still asked me to pay extra for a bag. Didn't sit right with me so I am moving on.

I cannot express how much I love this place! It feels so homey and welcoming. The staff is wonderful, and Anthony is so sweet and always treats me well. I love the drinks and they always accommodate my unique requests. They are always there when I've had a rough day and need a little boost with my favorite combos - Strawberry Marble Latte, no sugar, light ice, scoop of match and double strawberry pearls; and Hot DBS Oolong Latte with wintermelon sub and creme brulee milk foam.I highly recommend this Gong cha!

Very nicely decorated! Beautiful! I ordered their Peach Teaffogato, which is like a peach slushy with black tea according to the staff there. It wasn’t bad at all. We also added a peach jelly as topping in our drink. If you check in, you should receive 1 free topping to claim in the store. I also ordered their original egg waffle. This is the first Gong Cha place I saw that has egg waffle. One of the reason that draws me here because Gong Cha that I’ve been to in Philly doesn’t have egg waffle! And surprisingly, it was not too bad. I like the crispy texture but in my opinion, the taste is missing some egg flavor though. Overall, I would go back for more.Also, if you check in at yelp, you get a 1 free topping offer too!Kid-friendliness: There are games available for customers to sit down and play. Some card game and jenga, etc.
