Food quality is ok, but I have problems with the service every time I come here. Workers are slow, unorganized, and cannot facilitate online orders. They have either messed up the order or have made me wait longer than I would have had I ordered in person. On my most recent visit, the employees gave my order to another customer and I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order to be finished again. Would recommend never ordering online here.

This is the worst Jersey Mike's location in Maryland. Multiple visits to this location have been disappointing. I actually returned the following week to talk to the manager regarding one employee's poor performance. She advised she was going to fire him. Returned a month later, there he was. My last visit everyone was having a good time but, my food wasn't ready. Do yourself a big favor, avoid this particular location and visit the newest Jersey Mike's on Blue Water BLVD in Odenton.

Cashier was too busy to greet me and kept pushing my online order for one 6 inch for several customers that walked in after me, super annoying. I had to tell them it was mines was just throwing it on the back shelf. If I didn’t probably would have stood there another 5-10 mins. It was someone I never seen before typically I have good experience.

Excellent customer service! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from Da’mone and he made my sandwich as well. He did a great job, listening carefully to my instructions while also being considerate of cleanliness. The atmosphere was amazing and honestly felt like home! I loved the way everyone worked well with each other and how they all were very customer attentive. Zae and Sammy were amazing as well, Zae made sure that while my sandwich was being made that I was all checked out to ensure speedy service. Sammy helped ensure cleanliness in the store overall and was great with respectfully instructing employees to help out in the cleaning process. My sandwich was bomb too ! Thank you guys :)

Today was my first time trying Jersey Mike's and I was impressed. I loved how friendly all the workers were. Each one said hello to me. I got a ham and provolone sub and I thought it was quite good. I will return.

Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, got a sub with only meat, sent it back to get toppings and the staff was laughing, only to get home and realize it was steak and not chicken, first time going to Jersey mikes and definitely the last time.

Walked into the business and was greater immediately as I did, they were working on several orders already but never missed a beat as they took my order while they did. They asked me if I was a rewards member at the register, the young gentleman was polite and courteous. The interior of the store was clean and so was the men’s bathroom. Do to the employees not having name tags it is impossible to name these two employees I was impressed with . I ordered the the 17 ( cheese steak) regular, a sweat tea in a bottle and a bag of smokehouse bbq chips. Price came to 14 dollars. The sub was great however wish they had cut it in half for easier use,
