Very unorganized. Ordering on the kiosk isn't efficient. I ordered one slice of pizza and, after 20 minutes, I went to the counter. I asked the young Black lady, with the lace front wig, how much longer it would be, and she said, "they been called your number". I told her no, they hadn't, that I'd been sitting there and it also wasn't on the board. So, with an attitude, she placed my slice in the oven, then handed it to me. Please find her another position NOT in customer service, with no customer interaction. She has a bad attitude. Then, to charge 3% extra? For what? Bad and slow service?

I ordered two slices of vegetable pizza. The worker asked if I wanted it heated? I asked "how long has it been sitting out?" She replied, "only God knows. It has been out since I came to work." I said, go ahead and heat it. The pepperoni slices and meat lovers slices looked disgusting. I would not have ordered those. The vegetable slices were ok to eat. In conclusion, my experience of eating at the Orchid Kitchen was not as I would expect from an over priced casino restaurant. It seems that there should be a set procedure to throw away old food and set out fresh food.

I ordered the 5 cheese pizza and it was pretty good except for the actual crust. If it was cooked a little longer, would be a 5/5 pizza. Also being $28 for a large was very much crazy.Picture is after refrigeration ??

The food is great but the wait always seems super long. I've been there twice for the (admittedly delightful) quesadillas and waited twenty minutes and thirty minutes.

So I had some comps to use and arrived hungry to the casino. Prices were high ($14 for the burger lol and $20 total with fries and a drink) but not unexpected at a Casino. All the food was very tasty though and I was not upset. Wouldn't eat here without comps but I was happy with my meal and ready to play some slots!

These strips were excellent. You have to order through a terminal so be savvy and have a card for payment. The strips were hot and large in size. A 10 piece and one order of fries is plenty for two people. The staff is energetic and the place was as clean as a restaurant on a casino floor can be. I would have preferred a someone that could clean/ sanitize the tables. $6.75 for a bottle soda so be sure get a fountain drink.

I ordered fries and a soda. It was terrible and I waited over 25 minutes for the order. The fries were not fresh and they only gave me a little amount. I will never order anything else from this restaurant. Definitely not worth the price.
