Strawberry poppyseed salad is my wife's favorite and we have ordered it many, many times. I love especially how fresh the vegetables tasted and the dressing that comes with it. There a choice of adding chicken or without and either way is delicious. There are other great salads and sandwiches on the menu so give the place a try and you won't be sorry‼

It's an chain salad and sandwich place. But the service is very good, and the establishment is very clean. The prices have always been a bit expensive, but you do get quality food.I come here multiple times a month. Sometimes a week.

I got the tuna sandwich and the bread is hard as a rock and there's like a literal tablespoon of tuna. As I grabbed my order the lady working the register said "have a good day off." In a very bitter tone. I get that it's Easter and sucks that you have to work, but don't take it out on anyone else.

panera corrected the error and made up my pecan roll and my birthday pasty..this is how a company should act.

I love Panera, every time I come to the States it is one of the first places I want to visit. However, I wish they had a large dispenser for the sugar rather than the little packets. I stopped going there for my morning coffee because it is bad for the environment and slow. Additionally, some locations give you plastic ware rather than real silverware even when you are dining in and that is also bad for the environment.

I want to acknowledge the excellent service I received from your employee "Elaine". After being told by two other establishments"we're closed". Not only did she give outstanding service, she went above and beyond to give use taste tests, and explaining every detail of which we asked. This type of service is above and beyond a "Job Well Done"!!!!

I love Panera bread, but this location was an outright disappointment and damages the name brand of Panera. The workers were incompetent and inconsiderate of the line. I would understand if they were extremely busy and working hard, but the workers were working as if they no customers in the store. We had ordered curbside pick-up but when we got to the location at the right time, it took 30 more minutes than what was told. No one came out and we had to go inside to pickup our order after waiting 30 more minutes. They had run out of cinnamon bagels and did not try to rectify the situation in any way whatsoever. All of our breakfast was cold by the time we ate and needless to say if I ever went to a Panera again and received the same service I did today, I will live the rest of my life never setting foot in another establishment ever again. Beware of this location.

We had a work lunch and needed to provide food. I first went to another Panera closer to base but they had no care to help us. This store actually cared. They took the time to help plan out a menu and then set up the orders so they would be ready for pickup. When we needed to add more food the day of they were flexible and accommodating. The GM of the store was also out front working. He was helping anywhere he could. Out with customers, taking orders, making food, and helping his staff just like he was one of them. So not only is the food great; they are amazing for group orders, the building is clean and nice, and the staff seem to work like a family. Because of them we could carry out our mission and that means a lot to us.

I’m speaking to the mobile orders because I’ve not gone into the shop. The sandwiches look like they’ve been assembled by a kindergartner. Makes potbelly’s look like a 5 Michelin star restaurant. Super bland no coordination on sauce or spices. Then one of the most famous sandwich franchises gives you the most limp week-old pickle with your order. Honestly the review would’ve been higher with no pickle at all but they are just trying to get rid of old pickles in the back of the shop apparently

Curbside orders take waaaaayyyy too long. I sit for at least 10 minutes in front of the damn store for a sandwich....

I’ve consistently had bad quality food and incorrect orders from Panera over the last couple years. Today I decided to give it a shot again as it had been a while. My salad had brown lettuce, slimy chicken, and blue cheese when it was supposed to have Gorgonzola. I threw the entire salad in the trash. I won’t be trying panera again unless it’s breakfast as that’s the only meal they seem to do well.

The Panera Bread in Jessup, MD and Pasadena, MD I give them a 10+ for professionalism, promptness and cleanliness. If you are in the Arundel Mills area and want to stop at that Panera Bread, hit the gas and run. I give that location a -2. The level of professionalism can be categorized in one word, Ghetto! Need I say anything more? The managers are trying to work with the staff, but good help is hard to find.

First time customer at this location and I'm not impressed. The staff's communication with the customer is subpar. In this era of heightened hygiene measures and infection control, a piece of bread was tossed into my take out bag. This bread was not wrapped in a paper bag. I was shocked and immediately refused the bread. I took a bag of chips instead.
