Ordered a salad like I normally do when I go in and a soup. This time I ordered from GrubHub. The delivery was wonderful. The salad not so much. What I received was as pictured. I called the store to let them know that they gave me the end of the lettuce. The part that most people don't like eating and some of it looks really brown. The person who answered the phone's name was Brian. He said he is sorry that I had that experience even after I told him I wasn't going to eat the salad. Did not offer anything for next time or didn't bother to try to get it right.Very disappointed. I used to eat here once a week. Love their salad and soup. Not a place I will frequent as much anymore.

The person with the animal print tattoo on their forearm was just mean. She was rude to every single customer, yelling things like "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" when customers were looking at the menu still deciding. It's fine if you're having a bad day, but I don't understand just being angry at everyone and yelling at people like we are pulling your teeth out by ordering a sandwich. It made me so anxious I would never come back.The sandwich was made incorrectly and they were out of soup, so they found some in the back and gave me lukewarm soup. This was the worst Potbelly's I have ever been to.***I also immediately emailed the company per their comment below and got no response.

I last visited this potbelly a couple of months ago and it was dirty and the staff acted like they wanted to be anywhere but there. Today I am happy to say, as a lover of a good potbelly, there has been a total change! It is spotlessly clean The food was delicious and fresh The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend! What a huge change! I now consider this a great potbelly and I look forward to returning

Service was great, quickness of food being ready, and taste was great! Menu was wide range with lots of options and freshness was tasty! Have specially sammies or crest your own. Only suggestion I have to employees is pay attention to tables that need cleaning.

Potbelly's is known for its delicious soups, sandwiches, and salads (I recommend the Powerhouse). But do you know about its Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie? Talk about a good cookie!!!! The next time you eat a Potbelly's add an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie to your order, you'll be glad you did! You'll be greeted warmly and receive quality, healthy food.
Update:Been 4 years and still have not returned, a person of my word.Really rude service from the female that works there. So nasty! This was my first and last time coming here.

Got the Steakhouse beef, tasty flavorful satisfying sandwich. I enjoy all the flavors in the sandwich and all were present. I really appreciated it when the person making the sandwich verified I wanted the blue cheese and the horseradish aioli as some might order it and not notice it and not want the flavors. The blue cheese was good, but the horseradish was hiding to an extent.Quick friendly service.There wasn't a line and this was my first visit to a Pot Belly making the layout of the restaurant slightly confusing (order at the far end of the counter, interact with the person making the sandwich mid counter, and pay at the end nearest the exit). In hindsight it is relatively intuitive, but I'd also bet I'm not the first person to not immediately know upon their first visit.

I love Potbelly's options and food. However, I order lunch for myself and others at work on Uber Eats for delivery and it runs very late many times because of staffing issues. My poor Uber waited over 30 minutes for my priority order. I finally called and was placed on hold. They should just not make it available on Uber Eats if they are too busy. It is a miserable experience for everyone to call and track down food.

I’m new to the area,ordered online for pickup based on the reviews.Once I got there they didn’t have my order. A nice young man and the pregnant young lady sitting at the cash register looked at my phone to see if I had the right location, well I did. The young guy put my order quickly with a smile and I was on my way.Not only was customer service outstanding, my sandwich was the best Italian sandwich I have ever had. I will be returning soon thanks to the Potbelly team working that day.
