I’m sitting in the restaurant now celebrating my dad’s birthday and the service is subpar. I ordered the Lobster Bake and I couldn’t even get through it. I had to send it back. The mussels were horrible and meal was under seasoned. On top of that our waitress wasn’t very good. The general manager came to my table to address my party, they didn’t apologize for anything. I had to run to the restroom while writing this review to vomit. After disclosing this to the general manager he said he would give me a number to file a claim.

?Not sure what is going on with these restaurants when it comes to carry out or to go orders. I scheduled my to go order on line@ 2pm & scheduled my pick up for 4:30p. Upon arrival staff walk by you & NEVER acknowledge your presence for 10-15 mins. Finally someone took my name but then I had waited over 30 minutes before I received my food. Why has the service gotten so BAD?? This is one of my favorite restaurants & to receive such horrible service is? unacceptable. To Go orders are just as important as when I dine in!! Please do better Red Lobster

So after a hard day at working my part-time job I get off and met my husband and brother-in-law here and I was truly hungry. They were already eating and I ordered the ultimate endless shrimp with clam chowder and side broccoli. So the waitress Layla N brought out my clam chowder which was small I asked her why was it so small she stated with the ultimate it only allows the cup size so as we’re talking I’m starring my clam chow and LAWDY BEHOLD a FREAKING PIECE OF HAIR. I looked at Layla like you see this she said yes let me get my manager. Manager comes to our table goes to the side where my husband and brother-in-law is and say how may I help you. I look and said there’s hair in my clam chowder she says oh I can remove it and get you another ? UMMMM ? NO THANK YOU I don’t want anything at all now that just ruined my appetite. I really liked this Red Lobster too our first visit was last year 2023 April or May and Heather was our waitress she was very nice and the atmosphere pleasant just cold oh Layla is nice as well the preparation of the clam chowder turned me completely off and lost my appetite not sure when if I’ll be coming back again.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Just had an early dinner. Sat at Gigi’s (Gwendolyn’s) table. Cannot say enough about our time there! We just wanted some cheesy biscuits and got 5 star treatment and super tasty food! The garlic shrimp… ?? even the other patrons were super friendly and funny. My husband and I decided we have our first favorite server! Thanks, Gigi!! You were awesome!!

This Red lobster always has the worst service we only went as we were invited out by a family member. I've only ever received good service during lunch one time a young African-American man waited.on my friend and I, he was very attentive other than that never again for dinner at this place. I ordered all you can eat shrimp, however, after the bill was paid as some of our party had to leave to show a house, the waiter refused to bring me more shrimp, after already being slow before the bill was paid, I feel like if customer service is your goal, there should be a way around this rule they'll never have to worry about me again I'll take my dollars somewhere else

Ordered curbside. Waited 15 mins for the food to come out after arriving purposely a little late to avoid any waiting . Then got all the way home . Just find have wrong sides.

Naomi the front door and Heather the bartender/ server is awesome. Heather made sure that she gave outstanding customer service to all of her guests. She went far and beyond to satisfy us. She is very people friendly and oriented. She smiles a lot and have good communication skills. I have been to surrounding are Red Lobsters. This is far most the absolute best experience I have ever had. The restaurant was clean and the cleanliness. The food quality was excellent and hot. Way to go to the chef. This is my new Red Lobster because of Heather and my overall experience. The manager even listened in ti assure that we were satisfied. Love everything about this team. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I received a gift card for Red Lobster for Christmas and grabbed a takeout lunch from here. We ordered the 4 shrimp deal online which came with four different types of shrimp, two cans of soda, one side and 6 of their cheddar bay biscuits. Since we still had a little leftover on the gift card, we also ordered a caesar salad and side of coleslaw. When we arrived, we parked at the pick-up and called them to bring us our order. After a few minutes of nobody picking up the phone, my husband went into the restaurant and had a hard time finding someone who could assist with giving us our order. We finally got our food 15 minutes after our pick-up time. Despite the bad customer service, everything was in the order and the food tasted good.

The restraint is dirty. The hostess carries on a 10 minute conversation with a waitress before addressing the only people standing at the hostess both. I’m surprised they didn’t walk out especially when they were right in front of the customer. Food splatters in wallAnd window of our booth. I looked up and the ceiling tiles near the vents were almost black with dust. If they can’t keep the front of house clean I dread to see what the kitchen is like. Food was not that great. I doubt we will be back.
