Very rude and unprofessional employee at the cash register who said he was the manager. I believe his name was Hari. He was not only curt and rude to me but to the older gentleman in front of me. They gave my order to someone else so I had to wait some more for mine to come out the oven….and then for them to overcharge the extra grilled chicken and tell me that it’s what the system is ringing up despite the price being on the display as can be seen on the photo. Ridiculous! Will definitely not be getting anything from this chain again. They should at least put a sign saying “costs may have changed due to inflation” or whatever like other places do, but of course trying to be slick like other money hungry corporations.

Chose the spaghetti combo , it was dry , barely any sauce , lots of garlic in almost every bite , wasn't well cooked , flavorless , bland food. Do not recommend, there are several of other options you can choose from.

Not a good experience. The pizza smelled really bad and the chef refused to accept. Even after repeated requests, the chefs and manager did not even try to smell it or taste, and then the rest of the food was still on the menu when we left.I had good experience with Sbarro in other locations but not this place.Wouldn’t recommend it.Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza was smelling bad and the chef refused to accept to smell or taste it.

Ok. The place is clean, the service is wonderful, and this ziti and pizza tastes soooo good. I was going to wait to eat until dinner, but I walked by and couldn't resist. Sbarro is known for serving consistently yummy food and they did not disappoint today.

Not worth it at all. Long line due to a disorganized mess with multiple employees overwhelmed and staring into space. Once I did get my pizza, the guy said "cut the line." I complied, making other folks mad even though I was doing as I was told. All for some lousy, low quality, overpriced, and overcooked pizza. Do not come here.

We were able to grab a slice of pizza and a medium soft drink while in the outlet mall. The food temperature was very good and the pizza ideal, especially being a New Yoker. Able to fold the ? pizza and enjoyed.Kid-friendliness: The display of food was very nicely spread with choices. After standing in line the employees get you in and out.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. And it's not necessarily the location. It's the entire chain. Every time I disrespect myself and eat this overpriced drivel, I think to myself "I would have rather gone hungry."
