Not the most friendliest staff members here. They also seem to always be out of supplies most of the time or don't want to make the drinks. I now go to the Starbucks across the street.
Ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino but I didn't know it was only served cold. So very disappointed. I wish I could have been more informed by the advertisement they had on display.

I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks. Mr. Kuromi, his warm and friendly service made my visit even more enjoyable. I appreciate his dedication to providing excellent customer service.
