Serviced sucks couldn’t believe there were only 4 people working it was at the top of the day at lunchtime drive through and the inside was ridiculous.
Forgot part of my order multiple times. You can’t escalate your prices and then not even give people what they’re paying for. It’s honestly pretty disappointing to get home and realize you didn’t get all your food.

I went here today to get my food everything that i had ordered was COLD AND HARD! It seemed like they were just trying to get rid of the stale ones. The tortilla was so hard that I could not even enjoy my food properly. Let me not even get started about how hard the chalupa was. Smh. Unfortunately, it was not even worth microwaving. Usually i do not post comments like this but its unbelievable and utterly disappointing.
Always check your order to ensure they got it right. These guys mess it up constantly. Also been asked several times to park and wait when ordering only a few items in drive through. Once they gave my order to someone else. Needs new management

This place is awful! They have nothing but teens in there and the food quality has completely gone down. I ordered a steak burrito and the rice was so hard I couldn't eat it! Barely nothing it but the meal is almost $11.

Ordered a burrito supreme last night and instead got a disgusting bean burrito that wasn’t even made properly. The staff looked young and untrained so wasn’t surprised they got the order wrong even though it was correct on the receipt.

So, normally I don't leave reviews of fast food chains. One is normally as good as another. Franchising standards and all that. But today, I had a fantastic surprise with this location. I don't know if it was because it was quiet on a Saturday or what, but the staff were on absolute point.Placed a mobile order with a ton of food for lunch, got there faster than normal, and they were *ready*, with everything being hot and waiting the handoff. The staff working there around 11:15 am on 10/21 are top notch.
The night crew is really kind & energetic. Which is really nice after a late shift when every other fast food person hates being there.Potato taco over fiesta potatoes.Chipotle chicken ranch & bean & cheese burritos. Black bean chalupa and the steak or chicken quesadilla. Breakfast crunchwraps are great too.Nacho fry season is complex and delicious, unfortunately the fries them selfs are foamy in texture.I avoid the ground beef and the Doritos taco shells always seem a bit stale.
