Waited over 20 minutes for our appetizer. The incorrect one was served so we waited an additional 15 minutes. Completely unacceptable. Bathrooms also needs to be cleaned throughout the shift and PAPER TOWELS!!

My friend that works there said they got a New and better GM that makes sure everyone is getting paid the amount they deserve, that is a blessing because where I worked at for years it hard getting a raise and this GM puts everyone in like it supposed to be every six months.And for some reason with him being the GM it's not a long wait getting my food.?

Strangest “curbside” service I’ve ever experienced. Says there’s a separate curb side number, there’s not. Says they’ll text when your order is ready, they won’t. Says it’s curbside, it’s walk up. You have to stand outside the door and hope the hostess makes eye contact with you and maybe you’ll get your order. There’s a hoard of doordashers outside, regular customers get lumped in with them and it takes forever to get your order. Finally got my cheesecakes, opened the bag and they were smeared all over the containers. Unacceptable.
I would avoid this location if I was anybody. Sat at table for 15 mins and was never greeted had to go to host stand to get a manager to get a server.. Then the server I’m assuming was overloaded and took another 30 mins to take the order and get 2 of the 3 drinks out…. 45 mins for 2 of 3 drinks and an app. That was wrong the first time.. all n all was a nightmare left after 2 hours of being there without eating because was just disgusted at the service. When you say something to anybody they acted like you were being dramatic or a bother.

This was my burnt herb crusted salmon. I called and the host was very nonchalant about it. The quality of food that goes out for DoorDash should be the same quality as it is if the customers sitting in your restaurant. We spend too much money for food for you not to be concerned that whether it is eatable or not. This is becoming a pattern. I won’t eat here again.

Hands down the WORST Cheesecake Factory I’ve ever been to. The only good thing was the bread and butter were warm. One of their most popular dishes, Chipotle Chicken Pasta was dry and inedible. Best part of the pasta is the delicious sauce and it came dry and crusty.The Cobb Salad was disgusting and it came pre-dressed instead of on the side. Soggy, old lettuce and not proportioned correctly regarding the toppings. I spent ten minutes picking out the rotten leaves! The only thing that we ate was the Mac and Cheese balls but those are hard to mess up.Service was strange—server was clearly having a day so let it go and just got out of there. No point in complaining when they are so severely understaffed. For a casino location? Come on. All the food went straight in the trash.If you are craving Cheesecake Factory, go somewhere else. Anywhere else, really.
