Ordered a drink with no ice and we get a drink with 3/4ths ice in it. Really disappointed with the drinks that we got, none of the drinks were made to our order. Looks like they are not paying attention to order requests.

$7+ for my regular milk tea. Got half sweet and it was winter melon flavored water. Actually the worst milk tea I’ve ever had and very disappointed. Service wasn’t friendly, but wasn’t rude either.

Bubble Tea is in the name, but what really gets me to go out of my way to visit is the popcorn chicken. I love this place for a box of curry popcorn chicken with a bubble tea. My child and I will sit amongst the giant fluffy characters and play Uno while we wait.

I walked in and the place was lovely. Loved the decor and the vibe it gave. The cashier was super friendly but she lied to me. I asked her about the non dairy milk teas. I asked what kind of milk they used for them. She informed me that it was a milk powder. So I believed that it was a non dairy milk powder in each drink since the drink section was labeled non dairy. I proceeded to order a tiramisu milk tea. Upon taking one sip of it, I discovered that I had been lied to. My drink contained dairy even though I specifically ordered off the non dairy menu. I am lactose intolerant and even a tiny sip of cows milk cause me to be extremely nauseous. So now I’m stuck feeling like this for the next few hours. Next time, please inform people that the milk powder is NOT a non dairy one.
Got a regular boba milk tea with tea jelly and popcorn chicken. Loved the chicken. The drink was alright and the tea jelly was good. Boba pearls was stale. Would probably go again, but without ordering the boba topping.

The place is nice but I ordered a taro cream brulee milk tea because they were advertising it and it was legitimately the worst milk tea I've ever had. I think they used taro powder but didn't mix it. Tasted like drinking raw protein powder.

8/10 To start off the shop is adorable, the games they have there are great, overall the Ambiance is pretty perfect. The employees don't seem to care that you're there, they don't want to make eye contact with you, nobody smiled, I don't remember if they welcomed us in or not.They had two little order for yourself kiosks, pretty easy to use, but the confusing things were there was no tiny description underneath the title of the drink telling you what kind of fruit was in it or explaining what it tastes like. So if you're trying to decide between a few different drinks you'd have to go up and ask what's in each of them and that's not a pleasant experience unless you're super extroverted. The strawberry milk tea is really good, they are not super super sweet but they're getting there, my sister got the Galaxy fruit tea I think that's what it was called it was beautiful but pretty sour. The pearls were pretty good, they weren't overcooked and they were a good size. The prices were not very good. I paid $21 for three drinks that's kind of outrageous. I would go in there again for the strawberry milk tea it was that good. But to be honest I would make the effort to try to find a better place to go.Vegetarian options: Fruit teas

It has been years since the boba incident so I am trying to get over my ffears ears and drink it again. I am from outta town so I haven't been here b4. My numbskkull son loves boba so we went in and got ourselves some tea. I was pleasantly surprised and I enjoyed the chewy balls unlike when I hafd it all those years ago. I got the manga kind, can't remember what my son got be he did like it.
