This Wendy’s exists to offend you.I just went through the empty drive-thru to receive absolutely no response for over a minute (I started checking the time). When I placed my order I received two words in response: “Hello.” “Ok.” I sat for another minute before I asked politely “Do you want me to pull around?” Silence for a few moments then “Yeah.”When I pulled up to the window I witnessed something great. There was one car pulled ahead waiting for their food. The man wasn’t waiting in his car, he was standing by the drivers door looking pissed. At the window, the car ahead of me was loudly arguing with the worker while the worker was loudly yelling back. I didn’t hear exactly what was exchanged but there was angry passion in their tones. I pulled out of line and left at this point.Overall, 1/10.

Could not understand what the lady at the drive through was saying. I asked her what sauces they have for their nuggets and spoke extremely quickly like she didn't want to take the time to answer my question at a normal speed. It was not very busy, and nobody was ahead of me nor behind me in the drive through line, so I don't understand her rush.

There is no way someone places a mobile order, gets to the drive thru window and is told to come inside....get inside and POOF they haven't begun to make the order....Should have ordered at the window... what was a person with physical limitations supposed to do?

The atmosphere was good, but we ordered our food to go ahead of time, so we were only inside to pick it up. Our food order has always been accurate at this Wendy's, that's why we keep returning. Very pleased.

They give me a whole wrong meal! Thank you for that. I’m pregnant and was so hungry. If I order spicy sandwich and spicy chicken nuggets,what did I get the opposite way not spicy. Really bad service!!
