A little disappointed. I had a cheat day and was craving a pretzel dog. The staff was extremely nice and efficient. My issue was my pretzel dog. It was soggy which made me sad inside.

I'm sorry Anne's but Wetzels pretzels is the place to be. The pretzels are so much bigger than Anne's. I love all the different flavors of slushes they have here. Today I received a coupon for buy3 get one free. And what an awesome deal this was. I got 2 soft pretzels and two bags of pretzel bites. Gotta say for 30$ it's was pretty steep but these will not go to waste. Drinks we both got slushees blue raspberry and strawberry lemonade. The pretzels were warm. I would rather have a hot pretzel but I will except warm. They didn't taste stale which is a good thing. There was a 15 minutes wait and there was only 1 person in front of us. But the service was friendly. Like most of these stores the decor is super bright. It really grabs your attention.

In my recent experience with Wetzel Pretzels, I found the pizza bites to be disappointingly burned. The charred taste overpowered any enjoyment, and it didn't meet the expected quality. I hope they can address this issue for a better customer experience in the future.

EMILY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kindly asked what a s'more pretzel was and she gave me a dirty look and said to just look at the picture. I asked her if it had marshmallow inside and she pointed at the picture. Was so rude I decided to not purchase anything. Manager should not have a staff girl like her.

I never understood pretzel shops in malls. I always feel like it is a rip off of something overly salty. Yeah, it might fill you up at first, but in the long run, you will be paying for it. I also do not understand why my review was initially taken down. It said it was of a secondhand review, but I can attest that I was standing in Arundel Mills when this took place and did experience this firsthand. Apologies if that wasn't apparent in the initial review.My dad was searching for a snack before we found a place to eat for the day. As we came around the bend he saw this place and decided this will do. He has been on a soft pretzel kick lately. He, my brother, and I went up and ordered and it took forever and a day for us to make it from the spot we ordered until we were handed his order.I honestly do not understand that. It is a small storefront, you have everything right there in front of you. How long did it take for you to grab your prefilled cups of pretzel bites and fill up a cup with a drink?Overall, it satisfied him, but I know he paid way to much for a simple snack. For me, it was not satisfying, I felt bloated afterwards and it really wasn't a snack. Also, for a food stand they might consider to have more seating other than mall benches. I know it's a treat to take with you as you go about the mall, but for people that want a bit of a rest stop, more seating than roughly just enough for four people on back to back benches should be in the area.

2.19.23I may have had a pretzel from here many years ago and don't recall liking it since my loyalty is to Auntie Anne's. I was at the mall today looking for President's Day deals and didn't want to wait in long lines in the food court as it would cut into my shopping time. Lol. So I walked by and saw they had pepperoni twist baked cheese pretzel and a short line so popped in. My recollection must be wrong because the pretzel was delicious!! It tasted freshly made. I was asked if I wanted any dipping sauce, but it didn't need anything extra. It was perfect as is. I am definitely a fan and will stop by when I am at the mall and in need of a tasty snack. I'd like to see what a regular pretzel tastes like.
