I got "a can of nachos with chicken ". I'll never do that again! There was so much queso, it was to the sickening level and so little chicken. Just a few small pieces floating in queso.

I felt an overall improvement and will come back soon. I was pleased with the food and service. I do feel bottled water needs to be added to your menu. Unfiltered tap water is unacceptable for any restaurant, but especially Havre de Grace water. A source of revenue for you and customers don't mind paying for the convenience. You should also offer a sparkling water by the bottle. I personally don't care for a sports bar atmosphere and feel you have the space to offer a separate more formal space with a quiet atmosphere for those that wish to be away from the noisy drinking crowd. It wasn't bad on the night we were there, but other evenings it can be. Overall I was pleased and felt our food was good. We had the Grownup Grilled cheese, Steak Salad, and excellent margarita pizza.

Patrons at the bar were loud and obnoxious.

Went for lunch with friends. I need gluten free and got a burger with gf bun which was good. The fries and chips have gluten so a small side salad was offered. They tried to charge me $9 extra on top of the $19 burger. But took it off when I questioned it. Friends liked their meals. Have had their gluten free pizza recently and it was awesome!

Everything was nice just didn't understand why such a prestigious place didn't have bottle water as an option oppose to offering unfiltered tap water that was highly recommended not to drink.

Scheduled to close at 9 p. m., we arrived from out of state before 8 p.m. & we’re immediately informed that Last Call had been called, closing the bar & restaurant, an hour before signage & internet closing. Unreliable Service & service hours, issues in the past, surface again. Our group has been alienated for making what we thought were helpful comments, our entire, previously loyal 14-18 diners, is totally alienated.

We love that it is close to home. Alley is awesome. Pizza is amazing. Wish they would do more specials.

the wings here were GREAT! I wish I would have put my review up earlier because I can't remember all the particulars now...which means another trip in my future! They also have tots, which is a must too!

The Champagne Salmon was wonderful. I have never been disappointed with my dining experience. My husband tried a scallop dish which was new to us on the menu. He really enjoyed it.

This evening I tried a new dish which was simply fabulous. We usually go to the Grill for the wonderful salmon burger but tonight I tried the Champagne Salmon dish. The sauce was very flavorful with the asparagus, capers and sun dried tomatoes over perfectly prepared salmon . The dish included sweet potato planks which was great.

The menu had a good variety from pizza and burgers to salmon, pasta, scallops, steak and more. Service was exceptional. It was a little noisy with all the exuberant diners. Looking forward to making this a weekly thing!

As residents of Bulle Rock, we frequented this restaurant 1-2 nights per week up until about a year ago when it went under new management. Since then, it has gone down hill. The menu has changed, prices went up significantly and the service leaves much to be desired (they turned over almost all of their staff when the new manager took over). The happy hour specials used to be wonderful. They only offer drinks on happy hour now, and food specials 2 nights a week. The menu was full of options from specialty pizzas to tacos; they took a lot off the menu, and the options are disappointing in comparison. They changed over to a different supplier for the burger, and although it isn’t bad, it is not nearly what it used to be.I am saddened by the changes. We will not be frequenting the restaurant often, if at all anymore.

Hello World

Food is average at best. If I lived in the area, I would not make a special trip to eat here. The views from the restaurant and outside balcony are very nice and everything is nice and clean. Plenty of TV's in the Bar/Restaurant area. Only reason my friend and I ate here was we had just finished playing the course earlier and thought we would give it a try. Wait staff were not very attentive, nor knowledgeable of the restaurant food offerings or desserts available. My friend had to go up to the bar to ask for a refill of his soda. And we received three different answers on what was available for dessert as well. For comparison, the Restaurant at Wyncote Golf Club in Oxford PA would get 4 stars all the way across. Bulle Rock Gourmet Pub and Grill is a swing and a miss for us.

June 7, 2023. We made a reservation and arrived on time. There was no Hostess, and we waited five minutes and were seated outside by a waitress who gave us menus. After waiting another twenty minutes with no service, we got up and handed the menus to a different waitress and left. We said that we were leaving because we had received no service. That waitress accused us of seating ourselves and, "What do you expect?" Later in the evening, we had a wonderful dining experience at another restaurant. We hope Bully Rock management can fix their problem.

Very disappointed overall. Arrived at restaurant at 6:35 and was told kitchen was closing at 7:00 and the restaurant would be closing by 8:00 for a staff meeting. Food was terrible! Mashed potatoes were very dry and cold. Chicken Chesapeake was cold and didn’t taste good at all. I substituted the vegetable with a side salad. I was told it would be an additional $4. When I got the check it was $9. I paid over $40 for a meal that I couldn’t eat. Not a good experience at all!
