“Small quaint retro style diner. The bright orange and chrome bar stools and dinning chairs make you feel like you took a small step back in time. Service was friendly and quick, as was the preparation of our meals. Serving breakfast and lunch, I opted for th chicken salad sandwich and fries. Chicken salad was simple yet tasty. Hubby went with a breakfast bowl, had potatoes, egg and he chose sausage and scrapple with sausage gravy. He like how the scrapple was cubed and crispy. Prices were decent and they have daily specials to chose from.“

“I felt an overall improvement and will come back soon. I was pleased with the food and service. I do feel bottled water needs to be added to your menu. Unfiltered tap water is unacceptable for any restaurant, but especially Havre de Grace water. A source of revenue for you and customers don't mind paying for the convenience. You should also offer a sparkling water by the bottle. I personally don't care for a sports bar atmosphere and feel you have the space to offer a separate more formal space with a quiet atmosphere for those that wish to be away from the noisy drinking crowd. It wasn't bad on the night we were there, but other evenings it can be. Overall I was pleased and felt our food was good. We had the Grownup Grilled cheese, Steak Salad, and excellent margarita pizza.“

“This may be the weirdest review ever but here goes. I have never actually eaten here but was stationed at Aberdeen PG in 1970-71. Really enjoyed Maryland for the most part and growing up in Mississippi I was exposed to several dishes that we had never heard of at the time in the Deep South. Submarine sandwiches believe it or not were one. We had Po Boys which were similar but not exactly the same thing. Also grew to love fried clams which no one here at the time ever ate. Of course we had oysters from the gulf and plenty of blue crab but the steamed crab Maryland style was superior to our boiled crab. By the way Marylanders, many of the crabs y'all are now eating come from the gulf not Chesapeake Bay. A friend of mine who is a crabber on Lake Pontchartrain sells all of his #1 crabs for export to Maryland as he makes twice as much than selling the locally . Anyway, I do wish I could make another trip to the area and see what is new the last 50 years. From the looks on yelp, a lot. I am a foodie though and have learned to read between the lines on Yelp reviews and based on that, I would definitely give this place a try. It looks great and I feel sure it is. Bon appetite!“

“Breakfast is amazing and served all day.Atmosphere is classic old-school dinner.Nothing wrong just "classic" lots of pics and memorabilia from the area.They do close early for a diner, but if you make it you won't be disappointed.If there looks to be no parking from the main road there is plenty of parking in the back.“

“I'm from the area, I don't really go to the rest area very often. I was passing through as a truck driver. I parked went home for part of the day. And I came back for dinner before I had to deliver my load. Long story short. I feel like my burger could have been really good. But! The meat lacked seasoning, and they used some hard iceberg lettuce. The meat was juicy and tender. Just lacked some flavor, even the sauce lacked a lil. For a 11$ burger I expected a lil more. I'll pay 11 for a burger all day, I got that trucker $$. But this wasn't a 11 dollar burger, it was a 6.50 burger at best . I feel like with some tweeking it could be really good. I'll try it again.“

“Ordered about 50 wings from here on two different occasions.. Both times the food was GREAT! Both were take out orders so we haven’t eaten inside. The chicken was really good and when i called to order it was only about a 15 minute wait. By the time i got there my food was ready and HOT. Definitely worth checking out.“

“Pizza, subs, salads were all great. What really impressed me was the cream crab soup, fresh and very enjoyable. Did take out and was able to be in and out in 2 minutes. We were visiting and staying at Great Wolf Lodge. I'm hoping more people who stay there take the quick 5 minutes drive or get delivery and support this wonderful local restaurant.“

“Perfect place for a calm but quick dinner with the kids not far from the lodge. Love the playground here too. I wish more places had indoor playgrounds still.Vegetarian options: Minimal vegetarian options but some items can be made vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: 5 stars because they have a playground and the placemats for messy babies“
