I've put off writing this review for long enough. This place is simply abhorrent to me. It seems that I'm among the few chosen individuals who like bojangles.This location has been CLOSED on any given day and time for the last six months. Since it's been longer than that, I'm awarding this location a GRACE. There is a problem with the intercom. Ordering must be done up front. Everything within is off. It is only a drive-through. Then, when you approach the window, they either hurry to close and shut it, or they just don't come to the window to say they're closed. To get here, I actually drive out of my way. Each and every one.

This Bojangle reminds me of back home in North Carolina.Parking: When it comes to parking, park your car in between the two lines given to you to park, or you will be there when you get back. So please park your vehicle in our distance. The tow service is terrible.

I truly don't know who manages this resturant but you're doing a poor job. Not ordering the food that should be on the menu, not being able to speak through the intercom. I mean this location should be closed if they're not operating out of full capacity. Regional manager should be ashamed of him/herself as well. To continue to see negative reviews and not do nothing about it says a lot about this company. Bojangles get it together because if this continues this location will be closed due to low revenue.

The service at the establishment was horrible. The workers were sitting down and talking while I was charged the incorrect price. They ran out of boxes and food, they had no sides nor drinks.

This location needs help ‼ I came to this Bojangles 3 times in the last past 3 week. They don't have any drinks available and not ordered any items that's needed. I'm sure the manager knows but do this company cares about their customers. This place needs a good manager or is can see this place closing down soon.
When you drove to speaker, you were greeted with a sign that said drive to window. 2 cars ahead of me. My turn greeted with we don't have sweet tea or tenders. Placed my order. Chicken was like warm and dry. Biscuit and drink was the freshest out of the whole meal. They did provide me with bunched up papertowels, I guess to wipe my mouth with. Aside from the back ground conversation which he did apologize for it was an ok visit.

I pulled to the drive thru and can hear what sounds like an argument amongst co workers. I waited after about 7 minutes nobody answered me through the speaker. So I just kindly went to popeyes down the street.

The fall and Halloween decorations were beautiful. But they should really have their drink fountain fixed and they need to display their straws and napkins out so the customers can feely get them. The employee handed me my drink without a straw and without napkins. Other then that everything was good including the food.
