the staff that worked 3/10/2024 at 5pm is the complete worse , they didn’t even acknowledge the fact customers walked in , took forever for somebody to ask me what i needed help with , it took them 15 mins to say something , then more staff’s walked in to clock in and they was bouta to start arguing , they need new staff asap before this store end up with no customers at all every one needs to be replaced

Rude young lady employee. As I was going to use the soda machine, as a customer, she stepped in front of me. Now I’m not one of those people who feel that I’m super important but I think that what she did was rude. She was also training someone which is equally problematic. This location is horrible. I walked in didn't get a hello, nobody came to the register to even say "give me one moment I'll be right with you". All I got was stares from the ppl in the kitchen. A worker finally came to the register and still didn't acknowledge me. Rude, disrespectful and damn right just nasty. I would NEVER go to that location agaim

Cashier walked away to take a phone call after she took one persons order I stood there for a full 30 minutes waiting for her to get off the phone there were 4 people working I walked out empty handed

The fries are delicious. The wings are usually pretty good (we typically get the lemon pepper and honey bbq), but the mild wings were subpar. They didn't really have any flavor, but were still cooked well.

Ordered delivery through Postmates last night. Everything was so good! Wings perfectly fried and crispy and they were heavyyy on the seasoning which is my preference! Super flavorful. Only 4 stars though because they forgot my veggie sticks.
