“This is our "Go To" for Chinese style food here in Calvert County. We keep coming back! The food is delicious and is ready quickly. We have never had a bad meal.”
“Wait time not an issue . Don’t have to translate the words into English. Just speaking in French can confuse me. Food was delicious. Hit the spot. Stomach not upset this time around Mexican restaurants. Definitely recommended if you’re a local food influencer. ?️Parking: Gravel. Not asphalt. Some holes to splash in when it rains. ?️Kid-friendliness: Artwork is awesome.Wall art needs ?️ prints.”
“First time visiting this establishment and I was pleasantly impressed. We went on a Friday evening and had about a 30min wait but it was worth it. The decor has these cute cartoon pictures all around. It is pretty small restaurant but they manage to give just enough room between tables to be comfortable while dining. The service was great and our waitress was very friendly. The cream of crab soup is wonderful! It was creamy, thick and flavorful and plenty of crab meat. Highly recommend trying this. The. Crab fries were a little disappointing because we thought it would be more of a crab sauce mixture or dip mixture on the fries. Instead it was like just a yellow cheese and no seasoning really. But it was plenty of fries and crab meat. Not sure we would get that again. The Chesapeake chicken sandwich was ok as well. The chicken was pretty good but again the crab dip was more of like just cheese sauce. My daughter didn’t care for it but my husband did eat his but wasn’t impressed. My other teen got tenders and fries and said they were really good. I got the medium crab cake meal. My crab cake was excellent and nothing but meat. I really enjoyed it. The kale and baked potato was good as well.Overall good food and service. I will definitely try them again.”
“Extremely nice guy great service . The ice cream was very very good he made it fast too very tasty.Good environment friendly service everything was just exceptional from head to toe very clean too.”
“I love Bulrushes! It’s by far my favorite breakfast and lunch place in Southern Maryland. I still have yet to go to dinner, but anything they make always leaves me craving more the next day. The owner and staff are amazing and support our community veterans. Thank you for always being my place to go.P.S. Try the muffins and pastries. Yum!”
“Excellent place! Excellent service! Awesome drinks and you can order food via a QR from a local restaurant and it's delivered to your table. What more can you ask for. Love this ”
“Birthday dinner with my wife. She had the chicken bruschetta pasta, and I had the braised short rib. We both enjoyed the crab Dib with pretzel bread (exceptional). We got extra bread with that. Chicken was tender and pasta cooked perfectly. My ribs were a bit on the tough side so will go with the burger next time. Risotto very good. We ended with their beignets. Good grief, they were amazing. We will be back for sure.”
“Love Mexico's!! We come here at least once a week! Love the table side guac! Love the atmosphere! Great location!Parking: It gets busy for dinner and its hard to find parking sometimes you have to walk. Go before 5pm”
“Our server Alex was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was absolutely delicious. We started when the crab arancini and the charcuterie board, the arancini with the saffron sauce is just amazing. Main courses we had a salad with diver scallops and the squid I'm pasta, both were incredible. Dessert was the zeppole and the dessert wine, all around one of the best meals we've had in a while”
“I visited Ketch 22 for lunch on a weekday. We enjoyed the Whipped Feta appetizer the most! It was delicious and the bread it was served with was great! We also had the crabcake! It was very good! All crab meat not any filler ! I also really enjoyed the Key Lime Crush cocktail”
“Hospitality, tea, and snacks were amazing. We had the St. Patrick's day special tea along with a few selections from the regular menu. 10/10 would recommend. Reservations fill up quickly, so plan ahead. They do have a few small tables in the main area for walk-ins. They also carry teas, tea sets, and other cute accessories for sale. They accommodate small children as well.”
“Great atmosphere, went on a Thursday night. They were having a trivia night. Was cool to see. Sat at the bar and had a great meal. Food was good, drinks were good, service was good. I'd highly recommend this place.”
“My kids love all of their creations! Great spaced out seating outside so you can relax and enjoy your ice cream. Owner supports local 4-H youth and are all around great people and a great business! Each time we go here we try something new and have never been disappointed! It’s all so good!”
“Love their fried fish sandwich. Food was hot when it came out to the table. There is no changing table in the restroom for those that may need one. The server was so friendly & very thorough with our order as well. I will definitely come back to eat here in the future!”
“Pinky’s recently catered my baby shower and the food was a crowd favorite. Randy has catered several events for me in the past; the food is consistently delicious and excellent quality. Looking forward to working with Pinky’s again in the near future.”
“1st time here! Food was awesome! Plenty of food for what you pay! Friendly, welcoming atmosphere! No waitresses so it was hard to get napkins and refills on drinks while we were there for 1.5 hrs. Maybe provide napkins at the tables and have someone come around to refill drinks every so often. Other than that we will deff come back! Quaint little place! I had breakfast so I'd like to try lunch. ;) My aunt got a roman wrap and it looked yummy! I tasted her potato salad and it was good!! can't wait for the next visit!”
“Great small town adult establishment. Alternative beer choices rather than your traditional Budweiser and Coors Light. Great food and Cocktails. Not much seating, but makes it great for conversation and intimate feel.Parking: There is plenty of parking, the parking lot just seems to be very tight.”
“First time here for lunch and we all loved it. The atmosphere was good and the food and service were great. Their food was fresh and delicious. All dishes was on point. Definitely we will come back.”

“Great experience here! Sadly we arrived after last call but the bartender was really nice and gave us some samples of the 4-packs we bought. Looking forward to coming back next time we’re in the area!”
“Ray's is great! The food is always made fresh and the staff is wonderful. The burgers and crabcakes are awesome and the beer is served in frozen mugs. All of this on top of a great view of the water.”
“Reliable, reasonably priced Mexican standards in Prince Frederick. Can't go wrong with one of the combination platters. All the food in my pic and a soda was fresher than any fast food chain restaurant in the area, and cheaper too.”
“What a great experience! Had Calvert Crabs do a catering gig for an event I was hosting- not only was the food FANTASTIC but the service from start to finish was awesome. Highly recommend!!”
“A very well-established local business. Good ice cream, polite staff and clean. A little pricey but it is a nice treat. Be global, shop local (and independent businesses).Parking: Lots of parking. Availability varies greatly. There is always the lot where you pay.Kid-friendliness: Kid and Pet friendly!”
“They get slammed, but they got the hussle! Haven't had any issues with an order yet. Love the strombolis. Fair pricing, considering a lot of spots are ramping up prices, these folks feel like decent people.”
“They serve Dole whip and are lactose free?! AND their staff is friendly and prices are great? I wish they could open a location in Virginia Beach because they would blow competitors out of the water.”
“Wife and I went there for the first time when we didn’t want to cook and didn’t want fried food. Let me tell ya, GREAT service and food was good. Very reasonable. Also loved the fact that he recognized that I was a Veteran. The Mom is so sweet..Thanks Robert!!!”
“Authentic Korean food. Keep in mind Korean dishes are labor intensive and require a lot of prep work and many ingredients. It's not like slapping together a burrito. For this reason you will never find good Korean food for cheap.”
“I like the coffee and lemonade here. It is pretty good. If you work in a public service position like a school, hospital, Etc you can get a free drink on thrusdaysDietary restrictions: They have non dairy creamer.”
