First and for most dial in customer service was horrible. I ordered 2 pizzas, the lady who ordered them for me was nice. After about 35 minutes of waiting my pizza hadn’t arrived, I called to check on my delivery where this rude man picked up. At the start he had an attitude, very sassy with his tone (sassy as in raising his voice, just mean) I misheard him when he asked to spell something out and he literally yelled at me and said “I dated spell it out”. I honestly felt attacked he embarrassed me in front of my colleagues who were all laughing at me :(. He kept hanging up as me and my colleagues called him out for how rude he was, even as we tried to emphasize on how stressed he could be especially dealing with many customers but yet he still yelled at us. We entered up ordering from Papa John’s but before than delivery could even come a dominos pizza had arrived. We were in utter confusion as that man had told us they don’t deliver to our address EEN THOUGH I STATED WE WERE IN THE REGION FOR DELIVERY, he was telling me I must live in this certain area while I was telling him no I don’t live in that region. What’s crazy is he wanted to be right so bad, like how are you telling me where I live when I’m telling you I don’t live there??? That’s not even the worst part, we found hair in the pizza!?! We called Dominos and this young male answered (diff from the rude guy) and he was laughing most likely hearing the guy argue with us. He put the manager on the line, she was so utterly rude. We didn’t even have a chance to speak as she was threatening to call the police? Like girl what the police gonna do other than notice the hair in the pizza?. I honestly got scared for a minute but realized she was all talk ain’t no police pull up ma. Very disappointed with the dial in service it’s not even worth one Star it’s worth 0, google wouldn’t let me leave 0 stars?. Aye all I can say is God bless them, stay rude and angry and see how people react.

Ordered for delivery. Order said it would take 50 minutes. An hour and a half later still no pizza. Called the restaurant manager is upset. I ask to cancel and get a refund and the manager cuts me off and doesn’t let me speak. It seems like it’s not the first time this happens. Poor corporate management and poor customer service. Won’t be ordering here again.

Ordered a thin crust pizza and a salad with extra dressing/sauces, they forgot the extras. Didn't realize either that they had a spicy sauce and we didn't ask for a square cut, but that's what we got. Pizza wasn't that bad, but I definitely will not be ordering it again. I called to ask about a refund for the extra dressings/sauces as I did get charged, and that ? adds up. Ha, after being put on hold for over 31 mins and then hung up on, I tried from my house phone - which still had me get hung up on, so i sent an email, not expecting a respone, but we'll see. I would not recommend this Domino's considering the cost of the extras and then for them.to leave them off. Makes me wonder how many other orders it's happeed to, and then them not responding. Ahh well, know we know better.

We ordered a plain large pizza an hour and ten minutes ago, online with the Domino's app. I called this location to ask what happened to our order. The phone was answered, and hung up three times. Finally, on the fourth call someone answered, and rudely told me that I couldn't be helped because they were so far behind in their orders. Never again. They've lost our business forever.

It’s been over an hour and as far as I’m aware, it’s still at the store, it never left for delivery. I tried calling for an update about my order but they immediately hung up on me more than once. Terrible service
