TERRIBLE! T-e-r-r-i-b-l-e, terrible. Hostile atmosphere, mean spirited manager, employees walking around yelling and cussing all the time. It’s just not a friendly place. I’m an employee who quit after her 3rd day, by the way. Do not order from here or work here. And if you are customer who does carry out, I’m sorry you have to listen to the employees’ and manager’s disgraceful behavior.

Worst Dominos ever. All the pizzas got air bubble . The manager keep saying there nothing he can do because the dough are new. Why is thaty problem? Fix it . Eventually, he made 3 more pizzas and it still the same problem. I need to talk to corporate about this because he refused to give me the first pizzas to make up for the air

Horrible I order online hoping to get my food in 15-30 minutes but I had to wait about an hour and 30 minutes if I hadn’t called they wouldn’t have delivered it they didn’t even call to tell me there was a delay they just didn’t say anything at all until I asked them where my pizza was don’t order from here online you probably will have to wait for an hour if you don’t call worse experience from this place and it my first time ordering here do better

This review is more about the employees than it is about the food itself, we’ve had multiple issues with the delivery drivers. I always select contactless delivery because I order pizza when I’m sick, this is for the sake of the driver more than my own. The first time the driver couldn’t be bothered to drop off the pizza as instructed and took it back to the store when I didn’t answer my phone, I had to go to the hassle of picking the pizza up, if I wanted to drive I would’ve done that to begin with, the second time the delivery driver decided to stay parked at our driveway and proceeded to have an hour long conversation with some stranger from the street right then and there, we were about to call to police because we had no idea it was him still there, lastly the interaction that made me write this review is the delivery driver once again ignoring the contactless delivery request and taking the time to stay at my door for minutes to ask for a tip, I tip online I don’t keep cash on me, after telling him tip would be given online he proceeded to say I was lying, all while preventing me from closing my door. Overall horrible experience.

This is my first ever review I like to be very fair . My husband made an order online for hand tossed pan pizza and speciality chicken hot buffalo . The pizza was okay but the speciality chicken was not worth the price and very disappointed. We use to goto flower avenue piney branch location and expecting like that we ordered. They need to work on it. Its just the burnt cheese with minimal amount of chicken size . We are never coming to this location again ever.

This gotta be the worst dominos ever I order at 2:00 then I was tracking the order at 2:30 then hours passed by around 4:30 and I called they say 5 minutes which turns to hours then I check the pizza tracker and it said pizza has been delivered "order completed " I should of check the reviews never ordering here again

I was staying at the Quality Inn 7411 New Hampshire Ave Takoma park MD.20912. I ordered pizza from Domino's 2500 University Blvd E, Hyattsville, MD 20783, and it came 2 1/2 later from the time I ordered and the delivery guy had an atritude. For me spending $33. Dollars it’s unacceptable. No compensation or apology for this. The pizza should be free. I wish I didn't have to give a star you don’t deserve it. I will recommend no one order or buy from this location.

Store does not honor online coupons. Ordered a $6.99 carry out special store charged $17+ no way. Manager started yelling and speaking to me like I'm d**** None of the team members wore hair nets. Took my business to Pizza Hut. Thxs Dominios

Ordered 5 pizzas said it was delivered and there was no pizza. They said someone stole it. They said they would remake the pizzas and deliver but did not. Stopped answering the phone then had to go up there and they were still not trying to make the 5 pizzas we ordered. These workers do not care this is not the first bad experience with this Dominos. I do NOT RECOMMEND.

customer service is horrible. I signed up for text for when my pizza was 2 minutes away didn't get a text. the tracker said it delivered my pizza and didn't and when I called they weren't trying to be helpful at all and hung up on me 3 times.
