My online delivery order was placed at 8:16pm February 24th, 2023 and my estimated delivery time was 50mins. At 9:03pm I received a text saying that my delivery driver "Brandi'' was on the way. Brandi never showed up. I called the store multiple times; NO ANSWER! At 10:30pm I received another text saying that my delivery driver "Abdul" was on the way with my order. Again, Abdul never showed up. At around 10:45pm I got a call from the store apologizing and asking me if I still wanted the order or if I wanted a refund, and because the order was for my child I said yes to still wanting the delivery. It's now 11:42pm and I am just receiving my order literally 2 minutes ago. I WILL BE CALLIING CUSTOMER SERVICE INTHE MORNING! BEYOND RIDICULOUS! ?

Terrible customer service, I called ordering a supreme pizza, they even asked for my card information, they charged it and then the young man who answered my call told me that they were not very busy that he was going to cancel my order and he did NOT return my money to the card He didn't even send me the pizza, and he still kept me on the call for almost 30 minutes...I won't order more pizza from this place again.

By far the worst store I have ever dealt with. The product isn’t the main concern for this review, as it’s more so the customer service that needs major addressing. I’ve had multiple issues with drivers refusing to deliver to my apartment unit, as well as staff lacking to provide decent customer service for issues with previous orders.Tonight was definitely the final straw though. Part of our order included a thin crust pizza, which is topped with oregano as a company standard. I’m not sure if it was a heavy hand, or the top to the container had fallen off, but there was more oregano than there was pizza. It made it completely inedible and would have to go in to the trash. I contacted the store to address the issue, but I was repeatedly told they were too busy to deal with my concern. When I questioned them about this, they eventually hung up on me. I refuse to order from this location again, nor promote anyone else to. Horrible, horrible customer service.

This place is bad and dirty and they use the same pizza cutter for every pizza wonder why your cheese pizza taste like meat pizza. Smh
They where good with delivering my food up until a month ago when they would just randomly cancelled my orders and banned me from ordering through the app.
